I have found that it always leads me in a good direction. They've also gotten me hooked me on other products over the years, like Balega socks and Currex insoles. I now wear both of these to work daily. This was the first time I'd visited this Providence Road store, and I was not disappointed. The staff was terrific, and I was personally helped by Natalie, who was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the product, and her suggestions were spot on. I ultimately ended up buying two pairs of shoes (New Balance 880s and Brooks Ghost Max for work and walking and a pair of sunglasses for when I walk. The only unfortunate thing was that I walked out with just the sunglasses and had to order the shoes via their website to get a color I liked. This is the only drawbacks that I have found shopping with them--either I have to settle on color or order the color that I really want. Overall, a very small grievance in the grand scheme of the larger experience. I hope that the stores will stock more colors in the future. One thing I love about Fleet Feet is their rewards program. Anybody who buys good running shoes knows they are not cheap, even if they are worth it. The good thing about Fleet Feet is that they give you rewards certificates for future purchases. So even though I spent a pretty decent amount today, I got about 10% of that back in store reward certificates for future purchases. This is always a great company to shop regardless of location. Highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service…read more I was looking to order several thobes, and took the time to fill out the form on their website yesterday with the sizes and heights (for 18 thobes); I didn't hear back from them (they were closed yesterday, but open today), so I called today and after being placed on hold, asked if he'd received my message. "No, I didn't." Okay ... then he said that all the thobes are sold out and all he has is white. No apologies for not calling, he didn't even seem to care.

If it hadn't been for Yelp, we likely wouldn't have found it and I'm so glad we did. Stash Pad is a little off the beaten path but not by much. Once you walk through the doors it's like a blast from the past. While we were looking for a few specific items, we were also just browsing around looking for cool finds. Every few seconds you could hear a "whoaaaa" or a "wow" or a "hey, come look at this!" from a member in our group. They had a good assortment of vintage clothing, everything from dresses to hats and menswear. They also had a good amount of costume attire, including wigs. We were specifically looking for wigs to wear to a murder mystery party later that night and we all found exactly what we were looking for. The prices were extremely reasonable as well. If you live in the area and you're looking for unique items, a piece to complete your epic costume or simply perusing around for fun, definitely add Stash Pad to your list of shops to check out. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and they even had a little pop-up shop out front. So much character, we loved it!

I was working on putting various patches on a jean jacket and found a great Cleopatra one that now lives on that very jacket. I also saw that they will begin doing a 'free sunday' where all goods they put outside are free for the taking, so if you need something or want something, go check them out. There is lots of other shopping near by like CLTCH (jewelry and accessories) and Borris and Natasha (new clothes and accessories).

Come end of May, still no communication. I had to call, text, and email for several weeks until I finally received a response. She promised my dress was ready and we set a date for my first try-on. I arrived at the location and she looked at me like I was crazy and asked that I leave. She claimed we never set an appointment and that she hasn't looked through the boxes yet to see if my dress arrived. She told me she'd call me back by EOD to set a new time. She did the same runaround - never called, never texted. I had to try again for weeks to get ahold of her. Finally, we talked and set a new date to pickup my dress. The day comes around and she said she couldn't get a flight back to Charlotte and was back home in Nashville. We set a new date - yet again - and she stands me up AGAIN. Claims her "store was broken into and she was too emotional to stay and needed to reschedule." Her store is on the second floor with a locked elevator bank?? Now it has been 3 different times she has stood me up. We scheduled yet another appointment and she - AGAIN - stands me up saying she got into a car accident. A few days later she drops off my dress to my alterations store with a promise to refund me (unfortunately, I paid in cash). I have followed up with her for the refund since July and still nothing. Every time I text her she gives me yet another lie as to why she can't refund me just yet (paypal is down, her credit machine isn't working, etc.). This is the most horrible store and person on earth. Buying your dress is supposed to be one of the best experiences while wedding planning and she made it the most stressful.

Then a group of three people came in line behind me and also asked for a room, the employee proceeded to give that group the handicapped room even though they were in line behind me and were also not handicapped.

More than any other boutique, Boem seems to have the most variety of big, bold necklaces...exotic tribal styles, statement pieces, etc.etc. You're sure to find something cute (in apparel or accessories) during your excursion here. I found some of their clothing way overpriced...a ballpark of $200 for some of their tops (even T-Shirts!), for instance. Jewelry isn't cheap either, but relatively cheaper? This is a fairly big store, with a long layout, but they have SO much stuff, it's a bit packed in...and hard to manueuver around, but only if the store is fairly crowded. They do have HUGE, private, walk-in closets though (only 3?)...so plenty of privacy. One other thing I didn't like was that on my last visit, they were playing Country-Western music...which I didn't think fit the look and style of the store at all (unless maybe it's moving in that direction?). Before that, they always played cool, more metro type music. So guess I don't love EVERYTHING about this boutique...but no matter, this is a fun, eclectic boutique...with lots of relaxed, Bohemian styles (very Californian?), which I tend to wear often.
