On my old house, the surface of the foundation was crumbling off, that 1960's sandy facing they put over the concrete. It looked bad and dirty and I had no idea what to do about it. The basement was a walkout so all that ugly foundation was exposed. Vincent came out and recommended stucco and showed me some examples. It was the ideal solution. He was also down the street doing the same thing to a neighbors house. When his team came out to do it they were incredible! Everything was organized and planned out meticulously. First a couple people came to prep everything. The next day the whole squad was there and they worked like an army. Everyone was mixing and applying stucco very precisely working together to cover the whole foundation. They did a fabulous job and everything was so smooth and clean. There was no mess or anything when they were done. My foundation looked brand new. We also did some small concrete steps. I couldn't be happier working with Vincent, and even after 4 years it held up and looked perfect. I called Vincent today to get me a quote to fix the top section of my chimney replace a flue pipe, bricks, mortar, flashing, new caps, sealing etc. I called him out of the blue and he was on my roof giving me an estimate in an hour! "At the request of the owner of the home we lease, I reached out to A1 Chimney to inspect and clean two fireplaces In our rental and one fireplace in the owners home in anticipation of the season. A1 had solid reviews from the BBB site and so I scheduled them to come for Friday the 14th. Sean arrived and suggested he would take interior pictures of the respective flus to inspect their fitness for fires. It took him less than 10 minutes to assess that neither flu was up to code and that without extensive work (some $5400) by their company, the chimneys could not be cleaned or used. Additionally, he suggested that the flu connected to the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide into the home at very small levels (he described it like a straw with holes in it) whenever we ran the furnace. He insisted for our safety we should turn the heat off (in November) and leave the home until the flu could be addressed with a new stainless steel liner at a cost of $4200. At one point his exact words were "You could die if you stay here and use that furnace." He provided three reports all of which suggested the flues were not at code and that until the owner scheduled the work, he could do nothing further. Two hours later, he called my phone to tell me that he had not meant to suggest we needed to leave the home and that we were not in immediate danger. However, by that time, we had alerted the landlord to the issue causing all kinds of commotion on a late Friday evening. We called an HVAC company recommended by Angies list who came over immediately to review his findings. Their assessment was that there was no need for the scare tactic and that we were not in imminent danger. He suggested we call our oil company to inspect the furnace to confirm his findings. There are five adults living in the house we are leasing and the stress and worry brought on by Seans analysis caused unnecessary f fear and panic. His suggestion, that we could die if we stayed in the home was a flat out lie as was confirmed as such by the additional HVAC company that came out that night and again by another chimeny inspection company that landlord hired to review A1's finding!"

Filed complaint with the DCP and they also did not respond to the DCP, they appear to not be licensed, others should file with the DCP as well. Reviews on BBB show similar scamming complaints.They have other small claims against them, and judicial cases, and appear to have not appeared to court in many cases.
