We purchased 5 windows from Rite Window. The sales guy was great. He had color chips to match our existing windows and we signed the contract. About 5-6 months later the windows came in. Now the bad part..... The two guys who were there to install them said they did not have the man power to do it and just left! I called the company and they sent out two more guys. Thats when we found out two of the windows were wrong. Also the color didn't match the sample the salesman showed us. They GM said they couldn't guarantee the color! What .....Next the price to get triple pane windows weren't much more so we decided to get them. The only problem was it made the rooms very dark. This is something the salesperson never mentioned. So the two new windows that were wrong we had them do double pane instead. When they wrapped the windows they used the wrong color wrap (white instead of tan) and they had to order the correct color Which took more time. Then with the new correct color wrap on another guy had to come back to caulk the windows. You got it, white caulk!!! What a joke. Lastly, we financed these for one year and found out later the interest rate was almost 18 percent!! Be careful of this company!! Such a bad experience!! read more

This is a saga please bare with me. If negative stars were possible, Rite Window deserves it. May 30th...Once the sales rep left our home with the deposit. Nothing and I mean nothing went "RITE". From a "highly trained and experienced window installer" Phil from Needham, calling to arrange an appointment to come out and measure three windows: 1 double hung 6 over 6 in the garage a 4x6 picture window and the custom half round. The "highly trained and experienced window installer" is told that he"ll need at least an 18 foot ladder to measure the two windows in the foyer and upon showing up, doesn't even have a ladder. Then having to have a supervisor come out and do the "actual" measurements, 10 days later, pushing the possible installation date farther out. From delays on the production, to having multiple calls between my wife and Cheryl in the install department telling us the custom window is "on the truck and due in tomorrow" to then, "sorry, it wasn't on the truck as we expected." From an installation expectation as we were told of 8 to 10 weeks to 17 weeks. Now to the day of "INSTALL": Wednesday September 23...Crew arrives and are going to remove the old window in the garage and install the new window. Siding is removed, the old window is pulled and the new window goes in, sort of...it doesn't fit!! The window isn't the "RITE" size!! It's to small. It wasn't measured correctly!! Back in goes the old window, back up goes the siding... Onto the picture window and custom half round: Siding get removed old windows get pulled new picture and custom half round go up the ladders and into place, but....SAME S#!& !! The windows don't fit!! Remember a supervisor measured the windows! Doing it "RITE"? A full 2 inches too small for the existing opening. Down goes the new...back up goes the old...just tacked into place. The lead installer, Jack says they'll be back, the company will make this "RITE"! The install crew packs up and leaves, but before leaving the lead installer Jack tells me he is going to let the main office in Woburn know "What's what!" Two hrs later I get a call from I believe a Dennis asking how things are going along with the install. I ask Dennis if he has spoken to Jack? "No why?" Asks Dennis. I reply the windows don't fit! Jack has left. Dennis quickly hangs up after apologizing. Dennis calls back about 45 mins later and starts the spin cycle about how Rite will make it "Rite" I tell Dennis I would greatly appreciate a call from someone in the corporate office about this mess. I hear nothing from anyone for two days. I research the company and find out the name of one of the owners Ted Castonguay. So Friday afternoon I call the corporate office and speak with one of their customer service reps, ask to speak with Ted. I'm told Ted is not in the office. No problem, I leave my name, phone number and tell the rep, let Ted know I'm not a happy customer and Ted can call anytime. To my great surprise I get a call from Ted about 15 mins later. It's a Friday afternoon, maybe someone to solve this issue. The voice on the commercials...yeah that voice is the voice on the phone. They had a meeting about my window situation, I'm told... They want to make it "RITE", I'm told... Ted asks what do I want, I tell Ted I want my windows. Ted tells me it will be 16 weeks for a new custom window to be produced and in the same breath asks me what will it take for me to walk away, because no matter what "RITE" does going forward my wife and I will not be happy. Again I tell him I want the windows and ask if there is anyway of getting a priority put on the custom built window. No is the answer, the factory will not do it. I tell Ted I find it extremely interesting that a guy that does so much business with the window manufacturer doesn't have the "juice" to get something done when he needs it. So it comes down to this...I ask Ted, what are you offering....Ted says 2x the deposit and I hope that you won't write a poor review.I say I'll agree the compensation but not the review... on condition that he send one of his people out to my home to fully secure the windows in the foyer and seal the edges against drafts as it was done originally before the windows were removed and put back by his crew. Ted agrees...Jack the installer comes back out and makes "RITE" what he and crew didn't do when they had to put back the original window. Once Jack leaves, I call Ted directly and let him know that Jack completed the job as agreed. Ted says he is sending me a check for 2x the deposit as agreed. The check arrived a few weeks ago and we went and deposited it "RITE" away. When a business tells you that they would rather pay you off to get rid of you than solve the problem that they created you just have to ask the question why? BTW Ted, Renewal got it "RITE" the 1st time they measured and installed their windows and it didn't take them 16 weeks or longer. I await your rebuttal Ted. read more

We had a GREAT salesperson come out to help us with the door. We were assured multiple times they could do the job. We paid a deposit. Suddenly, with no warning, the deposit was returned on the card. I called and emailed the office multiple times with no response. Finally, after hounding the poor salesperson, the salesperson let me know they did not want the work because it was custom. They knew the entire time it was a shorter door. There is a commercial door already in the spot. Wasted months of our time. 3 starts solely goes to the sales individual. The office and service level after that was terrible. read more

I got quotes from three other window companies and Rite window had the best prices for five basement hopper windows. They also have a lifetime guarantee and 0% financing for 3 years. I was all ready to sign up with a different company and the communication was horrendous. I had to email and call several times, first to get my quote after the in-home visit, and second for them to send me the financial paperwork so we could get the process started. After three weeks of trying, I decided to call Rite window. I am so glad that I did. The sales person was knowledgeable friendly and courteous. (I forget his name) After the in-home visit, I dealt directly with David Ridley, who was very impressive with how fast he would respond to my emails. Every time I would check in to see if our custom made windows were in yet he would get back to me right away. They did take a little longer than the 10 week estimate but we were warned that might happen due to the demand of home improvements since the pandemic started. He made the whole process painless and stress-free. Doug was here to do the installation by himself and did a phenomenal job. He also was courteous and efficient. I let him into the basement and he never bothered me while I was working from home until the work was complete and cleaned up and he was leaving. I highly recommend Rite window over any other window company you see on tv or online. Thank you Dave, Doug and the rest of your company for showing me that home improvements doesn't have to be an expensive, stressful nightmare. read more

Update* 3.5 stars. The owner of the company, Bill, reached out to me. He apologized and took full responsibility for the quality of work. He sent out someone he trusted to fix everything and called to check on how things went after they left. Bill is a genuine and honest man, who stands behind the work of his company. It is apparent that the company's reputation is important to him I appreciate that he remedied the situation by ensuring the work was done right and he even reimbursed me for the work and windows. I am now pleased with my windows. I'm hoping that my initial experience was the exception to how things normally are done with this company. If you use Rite Window you can be assured that if things are not done correctly, you will be listened to as a client and the situation made right. read more

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would.I asked for an estimate on some replacement doors & windows & they sent out a guy who was sweating profusely when I opened my door & was not wearing a mask. He didn't appear to have one with him either & then said he forgot it but that he wasn't sick so reluctantly I allowed him in. He took measurements & I kept a distance, then he pulled out an iPad & started giving me a very lengthy, in depth sales pitch. He suddenly burst into a fit of spastic coughing to the point he was gagging & turning blue so I handed him a water & put on my N95. I asked him if he knew why he was coughing & he said "I have an infection in my esophagus". He continued to cough violently in my face & after several minutes offered to put on a mask, producing one from his pocket! I told him that I'm scheduled for surgery & cannot get sick or they will cancel it then I asked him to skip the sales pitch & get to the estimate at which point he told me "the quality is reflected in the the price you're about to see" then proceeded to show me $10,000.00 for ONE exterior door with install. I told him I'm sorry but that's not remotely close to within my budget & attempted to close the exchange & get him out of my house. He continued the sales pitch when I finally interrupted & said we have dinner plans & need to leave now. He continued to cough while packing up his stuff & finally left. Then to add insult to injury, the company called a few days later in attempt to CONTINUE this ridiculous sales pitch when I interrupted & explained in great detail what transpired at my home with their sales rep. The woman explained that their people don't wear a mask unless the homeowner insists. I asked her what her company policy was on sending SICK employees into customer homes & she said they can't stop work over a cough. So it's been a few days since I had their employee hacking in my face & I woke up yesterday with a fever & symptoms. I have been isolated in my home with exception of going to the market WEARING an N95 in preparation for my major surgery & the ONLY person outside my home I've had close contact with is the Rite Window guy & he was CLEARLY UNWELL. My CoVid PCR is POSITIVE & my surgery is now being postponed after MONTHS of preparation & weeks of liquid diet because of this company. Not only are they ridiculously overpriced, they are unbelievably inconsiderate to their potential customers as well. I'm seriously considering a law suit. read more

My husband and I purchased 10 windows through Rite Window. We had great experience with sales man it was nice to feel like we weren't just getting the run of the mill sales pitch. The product themselves are great, we noticed a different with the draft and noise level immediately! They really took their time installing and I believe this was a worthwhile investment. We had a few issues with a missing window and installation time frame but Bill the owner reached out to me personally and did everything in his power to fix these issues. It was stressful and frustrating at the time but We really appreciate the dedication to his company and would much rather support a local business than some huge industry power house. We also loved that they had an 18 month no interest financing option which was really nice as we underestimated how pricey windows can be! Update (hence the drop in stars) *we now have a window that is leaking and causing damage to our wood in our kitchen* they came out two weeks later and put some foam in but the water damage on the window stayed! The biggest problem was that yelp reviews were the only way I got prompt service! Again, not a bad company maybe we just had super bad luck this go round. read more

If I could give 6 stars I would! Our experience started with the install which was clean, quiet, efficient and seamless! No internal woodwork needed or external siding work needed afterwards! Then, I just today (years later) called for some damaged screens and a sash. There were no questions asked, John in Service just simply settled my worries and walked me through the included warranty service he was giving me. I work in customer service myself, never have I been as blown away from the "giving" nature of a company! Simply awesome the way they stand behind the product, the workmanship and the quality! WOW!!! read more

We cannot say enough about our recent experience with Rite Window & because of it, we FINALLY decided to join YELP so we could share it with others. If you prefer a short & concise review, here is my review: Rite Window was professional from beginning to end, provided excellent quality & workmanship, had superior customer service & last but not least, gave us the best price (by far!!). We absolutely will recommend to all our family & friends. Please note, we hope to post some photos very soon. If you prefer a longer in-depth review here is my husband's: My wife & I both agreed\, Marco, our sales person from Rite Window is THE best sales person we have ever encountered. Marco, in a nutshell is the least aggressive, friendliest, & most professional sales person anyone could hope to meet. My wife generally doesn't do well with sales people/pitches & I usually do most of the negotiating but with Marco she immediately felt at ease. I tend to be pragmatic & understand a sales person's role as well as their tactics. However, Marco was truly different. He was relaxed, genuinely friendly, not at all pushy, yet very knowledgeable. Marco explained his company & products as well as our options in a very clear manner without trying to confuse us & answered all our questions. By sharing with us all our options & pricing, Marco allowed us to make the choice that fit our budget & yet gave us the look & quality we had hoped for. Marco let us know how quickly the factory would manufacture our custom windows & an approximate date of the install. The best part: Marco said to let him know if & when we were ready to go with Rite Window without pressuring us to commit immediately. Equally appreciated by both of us there weren't any price tactics--he simply said we had Rite Window's best prices & hoped we would go with them--no pressure on us to sign right away, etc. We REALLY liked that. We had two additional well known major window companies come & I'll just comment that one of the sales rep was going into the second hour of his visit when I politely told him I had to eat dinner---however, before he left he lowered the price for the 2nd time if we would sign that night---talk about putting pressure on your customers. We could not have appreciated Marco anymore at that specific moment. I should also add this salesperson's second quote was not close to Rite Window's price---I remember thinking what a joke & what a waste of time! After dealing with the other two companies, the decision to choose Rite Window was a pretty easy one. Marco came by for the paperwork & details of install date etc. John from the warehouse was super, calling me ahead of the install to confirm when the windows arrived from the factory & the arrival time of the install crew. I was able to work at home that day while the installation was completed. Jack, in charge of his installation crew, was friendly & professional, explained the process & quickly got to work with his crew and by the afternoon the entire job was complete! The work was excellent, the windows looked great AND they cleaned up inside & out--sweeping & cleaning all scraps. Jack explained the work which was done, the window mechanisms & could not have been any nicer. Nancy & I were thrilled with our new windows. Marco & John called us later that day to make sure we were completely satisfied & if we had any issues or questions. I realize this review is a bit lengthy but we had heard not so pleasant experiences regarding window replacement companies so I really wanted to make an effort to let folks know our overall experience with Rite Window. I remembered at one point as we waited for the window installation, we thought what if our sales person Marco was great but the actual installation or quality of windows isn't? Now nearly two months after our installation, we can say we are very happy with the results! As I told my friends at my office, start with Rite Window, but also call a couple of other companies--don't just take my word, & hopefully you'll have a similar experience--for quality, price & customer service we doubt you'll find anyone better. So thanks to Marco & everyone at Rite Window, we are two VERY satisfied & happy customers! I'll try to remember to post an update in a year to comment on the long term quality. PS: Since we usually skip YELP reviews with only 1 or 2 reviews, we told Marco to let the Rite Window owners know that we'd be happy to chat to any potential customers since we only have our one review on YELP so far--but hopefully soon we'll have more posts on our YELP--and thanks again to Rite Window for giving us the motivation to finally get started posting here on YELP! read more

Renuity of Greater Boston - Four extra large double hung windows & one single casement window--excellent job by Rite Window - Windows Installation Near Me - Woburn, Massachusetts

Rite Window came out to inspect the damage. Pulled apart the window frames and left parts of it lying on the bed! Then they left without an update or a see you later or a good-bye. *Update - Bill called me and apologized for the misunderstanding. He was very open honest with me. I like that. When a company makes a mistake and wants to correct it, I appreciate it. Bill will provide the quote and I look forward to working with Rite Windows. Rite refused to give me a quote. I called to see if they could quote a set of windows that need to be replaced on a house that I am buying. I need to get a quote to negotiate with the sellers. The person I talked to just downright refused to have anyone look at the windows to provide a quote. I found this to be quite odd. read more

You've heard their commercials on the radio. They aren't the cheapest, and they will tell you that, but they also aren't the most expensive. I went with them knowing I would pay more instead of the other, cheaper window company I normally use because I promised Rite Window I would consider them the next time I needed windows as thanks for them handling a customer service issue. I kept my promise and used them to replace five larger-sized windows. The Rite Window install was on time and completed in 1 day unlike that other window company I used who always messed up the measurements every time without exception, having to return again 6 weeks later for the install. Anywho, my Rite Windows look nice and the casements operate flawlessly and close up tight. The only change I would make if I could is how the screens attach, but that's just me and is certainly not a deal breaker. I encountered several issues after my Rite Window install. Bill, the co-owner, emailed me and eventually called me. We had a very lengthy, frank (but respectful) discussion reviewing the issues in detail. One turned out normal and was thus a non-issue, which I would have known had their Factory Rep got back to me a year ago as he had promised to do. Bill sincerely apologized for that and said he would speak to his Rep. Bill is sending someone out to evaluate the second issue (which the Rep was also supposed to get back to me on a year ago) to see how best to resolve it. I'm supposed to be contacted within the next few days. The third and most important issue, unrelated to the others, appears not to be a fault of the install or the windows as I originally thought (and had been lead to believe by one contractor). Despite that, Bill offered me a full refund so I could use some of those funds to try to address the problem. Maybe I should have accepted it but I felt a full refund was over the top and I didn't want to take advantage of his generosity, so we agreed to a partial refund, about 1/3, which was still very generous on Bill's part. To be clear, the partial refund was not contingent upon me leaving a favorable review. There is certainly no lack of choice when it comes to windows. Window companies seem to be popping up every week...companies that have supposedly been around forever, yet I never heard of them before. My guess is they'll swoop in, try to make as much money as they can, and then disappear just as quickly. Besides longevity and name recognition, Rite has an excellent reputation. They stand behind their product and provide superior customer service, something many companies lack today. If you are in need of windows, you should allow Rite Window to at least give you a quote. If you go with them, know you will be getting great windows expertly installed by their own workers and they will take good care of you after the sale and after the install. I could not ask for more. read more

Very uneducated sales staff regarding old houses and especially old compromised windows. They tried to tell me all I needed was their window insert, they mocked me about using the term insert, and they poked at the frames w a putty knife to show that the frames were fine. After not hiring rite window and getting a carpenter we realized how much damage could not be seen unless the window was out of the frame. Rite window insisted there was nothing to worry about. Advise: if u have an old house and suspect window frame damage and rot - don't call these guys unless you enjoy being misled. read more

My wife and I are extremely happy with both the quality of the windows and the install. They paid attention to the details. While I was happy with Rite Window's service and responsiveness, I was dismayed to find after the installation that the windows installed noticeably reduce the view from my home due to the thick window frames of their windows. There is now less glass area and more white space visible than I had with my previous windows. I feel that, especially considering my view, this should have been pointed out by the salesman, but of course I'm sure it was deliberately not pointed out in order not to lose the sale. I feel this to be a somewhat deceptive business practice. The replacement windows' glass area is significantly and quite noticeably smaller. If you're considering Rite Window, please be sure you take into account the glass-to-frame area of their windows and be sure to press the sales person on this point. read more

Here's another update. After my previous Yelp update, I also filed a BBB complaint. I will say the company owner, Bill Wightman, became involved and was extremely concerned about my negative experience. He made several attempts to contact me, but due to my frustration, I ignored his calls. Mr. Wightman was persistant and I eventually spoke with him last week. He was genuine, apologized for the negative experience and offered to reimburse me for the window repair as well as all the aggravation I expereinced. By the end of the conversation, I had a better opinion of Rite Windows. I did receive the check yesterday and wanted to update my Yelp review as well as the star rating to 4 based on Bill Wightman's concern for customer satisfaction. I may change it in the future should I again require their services. read more

we have used Rite Window's services for replacement windows and entry doors during the past several years and have been very pleased each time, so it made sense to call them for replacement of our 30 year old roof. And once again, they did not disappoint. We were given a price up front with no hard sale tactics. The installation crew were at work at 7 AM and worked until 6 PM, taking only a lunch break. The installation was done beautifully and the site was thoroughly cleaned afterwards. We are very happy with the results and want to commend Chris Smith and his crew on a job well done. Many thanks! read more

Sorry Rite Window, but you definitely got it WRONG this time. Very dissatisfied this time around. Very poor workmanship and nobody seems to want to take ownership of it , come see it, or correct it the way it should be. Three layers of trim before you got the right one. Just had our whole house of windows replaced. Marco was our salesman, he was the most knowledgeable window and roofing expert we came across on all quotes we got - he was no pressure and very relaxed. I never thought I'd be excited about windows or a roof until I saw his presentations. Bob and Tom were who we had install our windows, they were nice, professional, and did an amazing job with the install as well as the cleanup. Their attention to detail was more than we ever expected. They were so nice and worked so hard we got them lunch both days and tipped them. We would recommend Marco, Bob, Tom and Rite Window to everyone. My only regret is I wish I had more windows to replace but can't wait to get my roof and gutters put on (by Rite Window of course)! read more

When I signed the contract to install 13 windows in my home, I was told the installation would happen in November. November came and went without hearing anything from the company. Then in December I finally got a call and scheduled the installation for the week of Christmas. I took the days off work and removed all the window blinds and moved all the furniture away from the windows as instructed. The morning the work was supposed to begin, I got a call saying one of the workers wasn't feeling well and the work would have to be rescheduled. I was unhappy that Rite Window didn't have a backup plan for a sick worker and opted to bump my installation to the next week without any guarantee that they would show up. They told me that someone would call me after the work was finished and offer me compensation for missing the timeline on my project. It has been over a month since the work was done and I still haven't heard from them. I called a few days ago and left a message, but nobody has called me back. I am disappointed in the customer service but I am happy with the quality of the windows and the installation. The installers were professional and did a great job putting them in. I'll try to make this as short and as possible, if possible? It all starts in November of 20 when the salesman came to our home to give us an estimate for 19 windows, by the way the salesman was great. The installation date was 4 of 21, Shane the lead guy and his crew were great, quick and clean even though they were about to leave without cocking numerous windows, but once I pointed it out they did take care of it. As of August of 21 I still have not signed off on the project because the project was not complete to our satisfaction and surprisingly they told the finance company that the job was complete so they would get their money. After getting four estimates we decided to go with right windows because of the 50-year transferable warranty even though they were overpriced. From a mis-measured window, to a slider screen not showing up, to black Windows being Mis painted, crooked grid in between window panes, window bottom gasket missing, leaving all 19 windows dirty with fingerprints and film which I myself had to wash all inside and out, removing a bathroom window wood frame for some reason which no other window in the entire house needed to have the wood frame removed to install the windows, then putting the wood frame back crooked and dirty fingerprints in hand marks on appliances and on freshly painted window frame and walls, window installed crooked which would not allow it to go up and down freely, and finally lastly a windowsill that should have been white like every other window in the house was painted black and I was told basically they would not replace it because it's only paint that nobody would notice. Accept us the buyers, the most important people noticed. They offered me $500 for my troubles if I would sign off on the project which I refuse to do. I must say though over the winter time I did have a cracked window and frost in between two panels which they did take care of immediately which I am thankful for, but overall of all the complaints and phone calls and wasted time with the service department, I would not recommend them to anybody and I will not give them a good review, there are plenty of places out there where you can get the exact windows for a lot cheaper! They even sent the window representative out to my house at one point and when I stated all my complaints and told him there is no quality control and that my wife and I regretted going with this company he really did not have anything to say, Even though we did our homework and their reviews were good and their rating was good ,We ourselves did not have a good experience at all. Stay far, far, VERY far away from this company. We have had so many problems- with getting someone from Rong Window to come and fix the problems we have had with the doors we had put in a few years ago -that we gave up. Larry was our contact person after the job was finished. He came out a several times to make minor adjustments that never solved the leaking and the shifting and the bulging we had in both doors, front and back. Then we couldn't get hold of him. Then we got a run around. 'Well, you know, it's like this..." Then we got a couple of more useless visits. Always felt like we were bothering him. Then we gave up. We are now having an addition put onto our home. I asked the current contractor to look at the doors. He laughed, and pointed out what had not and should have been done. I have been waiting for a chance to write this review. I hope I can save someone from making the same mistake we made. ( We also had 10 wimdows installed. We are just beginning to experience problems with several of those, too. I will not even waste my time trying to contact Rite, as I sit here with the paperwork and warranty and guarantee from those charlatans by my side. Feels good to finally get this off my chest. read more

We recently had our floors done by a big box store which didn`t go so well. So when we needed windows, I went with RiteWindow because they seemed to be well-run and rising in Boston. What a great job! There are really two phases. The first, inspection/design/quote went very well. The sales guy was really nice, timely, communicated well, and since our house had some unusual windows requirements, he did a great job helping us come up with the best window solutions. The second phase, the actual install, went remarkably well. They did our 20-odd windows, including 2 bay windows, a sliding glass door, and a floor to ceiling window set all in three days...which was half of what I thought it would take, and two days quicker than even they estimated. Finally, when I paid both times with a check, I needed them to wait a few days to cash them as funds got transferred. They were accommodating with that, which I really appreciated. -Bill from Franklin MA read more

I got a quote for a basement door for $3100, they had a 50% off sale and it only turned out to be $200 of the labor ($2700 for a door) so they tried to sell me a door for WAAAAY TOOOO much! I decided to get a second quote since the door was a custom size. Home Advisor directed me to a licensed builder who gave me a quote with the same size, model, hardware and color for $1350, so be wary of overpriced big companies who sublet out all their work anyway. read more

I had a issue at the beginning and it was not getting the attention that I needed to get on it and after two calls I thought I wouldn't hear back from Rite Window but boy was I wrong! I received a call from the owner, Bill Wightman explaining to me that my issue was not forgotten but he was out of the office for a couple of weeks and that he wanted to address my issue himself . Bill was a true professional on the phone and let me tell him what happened and I was impressed that Bill took the time to research my issue before he called me as he knew exactly what was going on! You don't get customer service like this and you certainly usually never have the opportunity to talk to the owner! Bill Wightman has made me a Rite Window customer for life and when I need to update more windows I will certainly be calling Rite Window again! Thank Bill and your employees! read more

Aug 2019: Review Update - after having left my last review Bill, the owner, contacted me. Bill apologized for my experience and listened to my feedback and concerns. Bill explained that my sales rep was new and asked if he could send a more experienced sales rep to my home, I agreed. This experience was much better than the first. Although I have not decided if I will use Rite Window or not, I can say Bill works very hard to make customers (and potential customers) happy. If something is not right Bill takes the feedback seriously and goes the extra mile to remedy the situation. I feel confident saying that you are good hands with Bill. read more

My mom was in the need for new windows/sliding doors and couldn't pull the trigger on them for the longest time. We just had 8 new windows and 2 slider doors installed through Rite Window to replace the outdated, screechy ones we had before. She was unable to be there for the consultation, so I had to make myself available. The staff was very personable and professional to meet our needs and price range. It was clear they knew what they were talking about, and made some great recommendations. The windows and sliders were installed in a very efficient manner, and they came out looking fantastic!! Now I don't have to listen to my mom complain about it being cold in the house or calling our old windows ugly and unappealing (this was a common occurrence). Overall it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend! read more

I was referred to Rite Window by my Mother-in-law. She was pleased with the replacement of her home windows. When I called Rite Window to have a $800 picture window replaced, I was informed that my job was "too small" and that Rite Window was not interested in helping me!! It must be nice to be so independent to turn jobs away, especially with a customer referral. I called a competitor to Rite Window who was happy to help me with this job and also the replacement of windows in my other home. My Mother-in-law also called the competitor to have her other home windows replaced. Customers come with all different needs. From one window to 24. To turn away a small job and tell a customer he is not important is unacceptable behavior. read more

This is an updated review for the herculean response from this company with our particular needs. There was an issue with getting an a/c installed with the marginal window opening at my elderly mother's house. I called the company over a 2 week span and received little by way of follow-up or resolution. In frustration, I wrote a 1 star review and thought that would be the end of it. No, it was just the beginning. This company cares so much about it's customers and reputation, they actually tracked down who I was and I received a call from one of their company presidents, Bill. We talked many times over the course of that day and he offered full support, action, resolution and apology. The lack of follow through was not the company's policy. He has educated and trained his employees to this end (but sometimes the ball gets dropped); Customer Service is a top priority. And it is! He has proven this by getting us the support needed and quickly. This man has restored my faith in the modern day business world with his deep sense of caring and empathy - and this wasn't lip service, he was truly as concerned for my mother's dire situation in this heat as I was. Frankly, I was overwhelmed by the response and superlative action of the team that arrived promptly this morning to troubleshoot and implement a plan of attack. It went flawlessly. The crew was over-the-top skillful and a pleasure to work with. They left the house spotlessly clean with a job well done. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in search of replacement windows for their home or business. They will stand by you 100%, years after the initial installation. It truly is a rare thing today to find a company of this caliber and integrity. Long live Rite Windows! read more

I am so happy with my windows. They are very good quality for the price! The installers were awesome. They were so respectful and careful. When they left, you would never have known they were here. I think my house may have been cleaner after they left! I will be having the remaining windows done in the Spring. read more

My husband and I checked out a lot of different places for siding, doors and basement windows Joe was great to work with at the beginning. Tom and his crew followed up and even when there were bumps in the road they did an excellent job of making things right. Thank you Rite Window for making my house so beautiful! read more

We had problems with our storm door the way it was installed. In my opinion they purposely knew this was gonna be a problem but did it anyways. I asked them to come back out and we had a different set of installers who said that we would need a whole new storm door... two months later our storm door came. They came out and removed the old door before opening the packaging of the new door which was damaged. I now have no storm door and am told it will be another two weeks before I can get one. In the meantime I have no storm door and we are getting into bad weather, I know the storm door isn't needed but it's the principle of the matter. This whole experience has been frustrating and the last thing I need as a healthcare worker who has to take days off. I expressed my concerns to the service department and they could care less unwilling to offer a solution in the interim. I would not recommend read more
