The first time I went there, there was so much trash I thought it was closed and abandoned - but this is not the case. The pharmacy employees at this location are always happy and helpful, and most importantly this location always has the prescriptions I need. They are one of three 24-hour CVS's near me, but the only one that consistently has my meds. If you're looking for a CVS in the area and can see past the trash and junk in the parking lot and around the store, this is the one to go to.

Every single interaction has been positive through the years! They are ready to answer my questions and have resolved challenges with my multiple insurance plans. Always a smile ... always made to feel welcome. When my "socially challenged" neighbor needed his COVID shots I knew this Rite-Aid was the health care provider to bring him to. The staff was understanding of his fears and made him feel comfortable. I have never had a problem with my prescriptions! The store itself always seems extremely clean and the front end clerks always offer a welcome and a goodbye. My only complaint is that the store seems to be "understocked" with empty shelves or the appearance of empty shelves. I certainly hope this pharmacy never goes away as long as I live in the neighborhood. Got to close out ... time for my RSV shot.

The main issue is the paper towel dispenser. It's broken, so you have to use your wet, just-washed hands to manually roll out the towels. To make it worse, the roll sits right above the open, broken trash can door. It is a bit of a hygiene issue. You guys run a great store, so I'd love to see the restroom match that same high standard.

I attempted to return it, in New Jersey, because it was convenient. The Target stores Downtown Brooklyn are super busy and the merchandise return lines are long. The Target in Deptford insisted that I have the receipt where it was purchased, because it was delivered by Instacart. The rep was not at all courteous. She acted as if she was in a rush.
