Horrible customer service on the phone with this pharmacy. Will no longer go there and taking all of my scripts.

This rating is for Pharmacist Ewa! If you call or need to come here for prescriptions, only speak to Ewa! She is incredibly knowledgeable about medications and insurance protocol and was the only person that helped me solve a 6 month issue I had with this pharmacy. Such a pleasant demeanor, a genuine commitment to her patients, and an outstanding medical professional. If it weren't for her, I would have long left this pharmacy and Walgreens all together. I brought a pkg to the Fed Ex counter for return, waiting silently and a crabby lady from the counter barks at me that I'll have to wait, I am on the phone. I said fine I didnt say anything about it. Then I check out with an item and walk past a Walgreens employee digging in a case thinking she was stocking but she yells excuse me!. I apologized and explained I saw her Walgreens shirt and she barks no I am back there by there, meaning the pharmacy. She then pays for her stuff complaining about her job and then the counter lady checks me out with a tone not used on any other customers. What happened to this store? read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!!!! If you need a prescription fast, forget it. They are slow, disorganized, do not update you at all, and have even CLOSED for DAYS at a time!!! God forbid your prescription is potentially life saving. read more

First time I've been to this store. As you walk in it looks like most other pharmacies. Candy aisles, card aisles, and groceries. Today we used the photo printing services. Overall, the staff was responsive and tried to be helpful but an undercurrent of slight deficiency was readily apparent. Though I cannot judge the rest of the stores services, my suggestion would be to use the photo services on projects that are not critical. read more

Wish if there was an option to select zero stars. The worst customer service ever. A woman named Triva was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was shipping some items using Fedex and needed her assistance with putting the items in a plastic bag since I just had a surgery on my hand and could use only one hand. She gave me an attitude and threw the plastic bag and me. When I commented on her attitude she told me to get out of her store! Absolutely unacceptable! Going to contact the headquarters with my complaint. read more

Half of the staff is pleasant, but the other half is *incredibly* rude. Avoid pharmacy at all costs- especially if you're a chronic pain patient. read more

Pharmacy is the worst. The redhead with the studs in her lips just doesn't give a crap and is VERY rude. They also frequently mess up our prescriptions (5 times in 2016). In a service industry you should act like you give a crap even if you don't. Just act like it. read more

What an awesome pharmacy staff! I can't imagine getting a prescription from anywhere else in town. They are fast, efficient, and I hardly ever have any issues shopping there. read more

I wanted to take a minute to compliment Grace in the pharmacy. She is the best pharmacist around. She remembers my name, who's in my family. What scripts I'm getting. More importantly, she is very nice to people. I know if she is working when I pick up something, I will leave in a better mood. She is the reason I continue to use Walgreens. read more

Frustrating pharmacy! My son is 2.5 years old and this pharmacy just can't get it right. Within the last month, they didn't have the pills I needed prescribed by my dr. Options were to wait 2 days or break higher dose is half. Then my son was placed on a "compound" mixture of meds for severe diaper rash. Not hearing from them after 4 hours, I called and the pharmacist said this usually takes 24 hrs to make (I wasn't notified) and she can do it after the next shift started which was in an hour. I told her a half dozen times I was leaving for vacation but it didn't matter. I wound up making it myself. Now today, i received a text at 7pm saying the script that i dropped off at 330pm wouldn't be done. When I called him was told my son's meds wouldn't be in until sometime we Wednesday . I told them I was coming to pick up the paper scripts. Went next door to rite aid and they will have ready first thing in the AM. Walgreens is the busiest pharmacy in this area, but very ill prepared. I'm done with them. read more
