My husband and I did not look around the entire store, but we did not notice any alcohol. Reviews on another website said that this store does NOT actually sell beer and wine.

For a small road trip, my husband and I needed premium gasoline for our vehicle. We felt relieved to find this Coen Markets and its Amoco gas station on the side of the road. We did not have to wait at all to use a gasoline pump, and the pump worked properly. The price for gasoline was about what other gas stations charge. We did not use the convenience store, but I understand that they sell snack foods, beverages, and kitchen foods such as pizzas and chicken.

I decided to take a trip down memory lane recently. I made a voyage to my alma mater. While in…read moretown I decided to also venture and see what the town had transformed into. Lots has changed, but not this place. When I was in college Kwik Fill had did a complete rebuild to make it look like it does today. Since the rebuild, does not look like much has changed. Maybe the building aged a bit, but that's about all. It is the only gas station in town. Also one of the few places to get items that are convenient. Hot food is also available if you are up for some gas station fare. Back in the day I remember coming here for some chicken strips and fries. Typical items you would find in a gas station convenience store. Typical service as well. Attentive as expected, but it seems like a bit of a joking atmosphere. Lots of joking between employees, and some of the regulars that stop in here. It appears to be a frequent spot for local authorities. You have to give it to them. It is a needed place in town and it has served its purpose all those years.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The first gas pump we pulled up to was out of service. Upon pulling up to the next pump ahead, the transaction machine indicated that the pump does not take card, which required entering the store to pay in cash. Over all, this gas station is an oxymoron, in that it was not "KWIK" by any means. Will not be returning to this station... I'd rather drive out of the area to a gas station with more accessible gas pumps, and better customer service during times of inconvenience.

It's changed hands a few times in the past couple of years, but the store itself has been consistent. The staff are generally friendly and I've never had an issue. I'd really love to give the Korner Store 5 stars because I just love how cute and close it is, but I can't for the following reasons...First of all, the parking is bad. There are only 4 - 5 spaces out front, which you cannot back into, since you are coming right off of the road and it's hard to see up the hill. Simply not safe. Since it shares the spaces with the saloon next door, there are times there isn't a spot and you have to either pull over on the side of the road or in front of the apartments below it. Also, they only accept cash, which isn't a big deal for me because I try to pay for cash as much as I can. They do have an ATM though. Also, no hot beverages so don't go in for a coffee. Again, not a problem for me because I don't drink coffee. This is more of a small store for regulars to pick up smokes and play the lottery. They also carry water, pop, and other drinks, snacks, and some random household items like toilet paper. Another plus is everything is pretty cheap, especially when compared to other convenient stores. Cans of pop are $.50 and most snacks are $.25 - $1.00. Not too shabby if you are on your lunch break and need something quick.

Croissant was hard as a rock and bacon egg and cheese were ice cold. Hash browns were literally dripping grease. Hole bag of food, along with my money, when straight in the trash.
