My wife and I have enjoyed their coffee flights before, but we were excited to try their Valentine's Day Lover's Flight too. Their coffee flights are themed to the current season and each of the four drinks are uniquely built with on theme flavors and delightfully decorated. Our Lover's Flight was AMAZINGGGG!! From the viral bear cup to the fruity flavors to highlight the seasonal flavors! The best part.. in a shop with limited seating.. they reserve a table for you to enjoy your flight... for 45 minutes!! The staff is amazing! On this morning, the line was OUT the door and DOWN the street, but as soon as we entered and mentioned our flight reservation... they showed us our reserved table and had our drinks out to us in a few minutes. So, I showed up at that time and waited outside in a line with about twenty-five people deep and waited 20 minutes and only about five customers were served. I then went inside and hoped they had a line just for special order pickups. No that would have made good business sense. I was able to catch the attention of one of the baristas and asked about the pickup and she said go back outside and get in line. I left because it would have been at least an hour's wait if not more. So, I called and asked the person, when there was a slow time to come in to pick up the package and she stated there are no slow times at Cuties. I then asked her to cancel the package, and she stated no. I mentioned how it stated on the confirmation about coming in at 9 and she stated I was wrong and it was 9 to 5 and hung up the phone. I called back again and asked about the slow time and she stated after 1pm it is a little slower and I mentioned about the 9am pickup time and she said I was wrong and the email stated 9 to 5 and she hung up. See confirmation email below starting at 9am. In summary, I spent $45 to be told by two rude and ignorant teenage baristas that have no clue how a business operates I was wrong when I was correct. To make things worse, I still must pick up the Valentines package and waste another hour of my life. I will never deal with this company again and look forward to the day it goes out of business. This was not the way I wanted to spend my Valentines day.

When you walk in, it has a warm, inviting vibe. There are a variety of tables and seating options (including some couch and comfy chair type seating). You order by going up to the counter, and they either call your order or will bring it to your table when it is done if you are eating it there. One down side is that there is a fairly large menu and it isn't always easy to find/see all of the options when you are waiting to order. My daughter saw someone got a bubble tea but at the time we were looking, that menu wasn't easy to spot so we didn't even know it was something they offered! All of their food items are made to order (well, I suppose except for the soup which is home made and just dished out to order). They even have soup flights on certain days! I need to go back and try that because every soup I've ever had here has been delicious. They have the standard coffee menu but also always have some unique and quirky seasonal options. They also have smoothies, bubble teas and some other unique creations. They have tasty breakfast and lunch sandwiches, breakfast scrambles, mac and cheese and a variety of sandwiches. You can easily customize your meals and the staff is great about providing recommendations. It can take awhile to get your food/drinks, but that is because everything is made to order.
