    Friendly staff. Easy Parking. I heard they do a raffle for the M&M stand. I definitely want to sign up for that. Not sure it will fit in my car. lol.

I've had multiple issues with pickup orders, including orders being incorrect and delays when trying to collect items that were already paid for. On one occasion, I found something in my drink that appeared unsanitary, which made me uncomfortable about purchasing drinks from this location again. The biggest issue has been customer service. There is one older employee I frequently deal with, and nearly every interaction becomes an argument. I used to pay for the 7-Eleven app subscription and regularly redeemed my drink benefits without any issues. Then I was suddenly told different rules applied and was denied benefits I had previously used. Even when I tried to follow the employee's instructions, I was still told I had to pay full price. More recently, when my boyfriend picks up orders for me, he often has to spend several minutes convincing staff that he is there for a legitimate order despite having the order information, name, and confirmation available. He has also been asked for codes that were never provided with the order. Everyone makes mistakes, but after experiencing the same issues repeatedly, I no longer feel welcome as a customer. The constant confusion, delays, and poor attitude have made me stop shopping at this location whenever possible.

Not only was my husband discriminated against due to his disability and his hearing aid wasn't turned all the way up, but this cashier mocked, made fun of, and rudely yelled at him all snappy, when he asked about the hot dogs and she said, " I told you twice... f*** man". He then stated you didn't have to be rude about it I asked politely, she then went on about how he would know if she gave him attitude and loathed about how she was a hard working American and so forth. Well sorry to one up you Ms. Thang, I'm a proud Native American, he's indigenous as well, we're all hard workers, and nobody asked you what you were. That sounded like she was already discriminating him as soon as he walked in, and that she hated her job. There are plenty of people out there that are in need of a job that would gladly take her position and give outstanding customer service etiquette. Please remedy this issue asap. Thank you.

Crystal continues to be one of the biggest issues. I've personally heard her talking about customers under her breath, and during a recent visit I witnessed her pull or hit a customer in what appeared to be a playful way. Whether she meant it as a joke or not, it was inappropriate and unprofessional. Daryl (I believe that's how his name is spelled) was also extremely rude during my visit. A customer tried using EBT at a register that apparently doesn't accept it, and instead of calmly explaining the situation, he responded loudly and aggressively enough that the customer looked embarrassed. Afterward, I heard him muttering under his breath and laughing, which came across as mocking the customer. This isn't an isolated issue. In my previous review, I mentioned Cody being rude, Natasha acting unprofessionally toward customers, and a former employee who made inappropriate comments about my body and clothing. At this point, there seems to be a pattern involving the same people. Most employees at this location are perfectly fine, but the behavior from Crystal, Daryl, Cody, and Natasha has created an environment that feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Management needs to address these issues because customers should not have to deal with disrespectful behavior from staff.

The reason why I write this review was because I was in need of water. I grabbed a 24 pack of purlife and a 2 liter Pepsi. The lady tells me it's $16. I ask her how much the water was & she says $12... that's outrages. I tell her I won't be taking the water then, only the Pepsi & she said "ok $4" & she types in the register & is waiting so i tap my card. She then proceeds to tell me "No, $16". I ask "For the pepsi?" & she goes "No, water & Pepsi". & I tell her I only want the pepsi & she started getting mad & yelling at me because she already charged me for the water. I respond no thank you I'm just looking to see what I want to get. He walks away. They both stay staring at me. I could feel their eyes and when I would look over to them, they're both staring at me. They ended up not having anything I wanted to drink anyways, but the staff made the experience very bad and their body language was that of accusing me of being a criminal just because I was looking to get a drink from their store.
