For example, I was planning a sushi night at home and wanted sake. They didn't have it in stock, so they ordered several options for me, and I was able to pick them up as soon as they arrived. Another time, right after a holiday, I was searching for a specific Old Smoky Moonshine to make a fun Fourth of July summer cocktail. By the very next day, they had it ordered and ready for me.
