Every time I go in there, it seems like something is wrong. The lines are too long, the service is slow, and the attitude from some of the employees is just unbelievable. You walk up to the checkout and sometimes the employees act like you're bothering them just by being there. I'm sorry, but I'm the customer. I'm spending my money here. The least I expect is to be treated with some basic respect. And don't even get me started on the lines. You can stand there waiting and waiting while you're watching the clock, wondering why it takes so long to get through a grocery store. It's ridiculous. If the store is busy, then have enough people working to handle the customers. This isn't rocket science. The whole store just has a miserable feeling to it. Employees look unhappy, customers are frustrated, and management seems completely disconnected from what is actually happening on the sales floor. Someone needs to take responsibility and start fixing these problems instead of pretending everything is fine. I've lived long enough to remember when going to the grocery store wasn't such a stressful experience. You used to be greeted with a smile, people actually cared about helping you, and customers were treated with respect.
