If the store is busy, then have enough people working to handle the customers. This isn't rocket science. The whole store just has a miserable feeling to it. Employees look unhappy, customers are frustrated, and management seems completely disconnected from what is actually happening on the sales floor. Someone needs to take responsibility and start fixing these problems instead of pretending everything is fine. I've lived long enough to remember when going to the grocery store wasn't such a stressful experience. You used to be greeted with a smile, people actually cared about helping you, and customers were treated with respect. There's minimal seating, so I wouldn't suggest it for large parties to hang out, but definitely cute for a date. For parking, we had parked in Veteran's Park free parking outside of the village because there was Porsche event at the nearby free parking inside.
