I would give the front girl a zero. The pharmacist was very nice but who have in front with her fake lips and fake ass is absolutely rude and has no customer service skills. She is not welcoming and talks to you rude. You know the chic with the glasses is super unprofessional. read more

An overall good pharmacy. They do well in making sure customers are thoroughly satisfied with every visit made to this establishment. Having a Thrifty's ice cream is always a plus. It's pretty clean for the most part and has a good clearance and mark down section. Lines can get long for prescription pick up and drop off but they do there best to get you out in a timely matter. read more

This is a great, and very clean, Rite Aid store. All the associates and the Manager are friendly, helpful, professional and patient. The variety of goods are also very varied from dry goods, clothes, gifts, dog and cat food, kids stuff and all the normal drugstore items as well. I shop there at least two times a week and always feel well taken care of. In addition, they are super conscientious about cleaning everything and wearing masks. Thanks for being a good neighbor Rite Aid - can't wait for my Covid-19 vaccine shot .... soon! read more

I understand work is not fun but when you work in any customer service job you need to turn that frown upside down. Me and my brother went to the pharmacy to fill some meds due to a work injury, the pharmacist's attitude was horrible. Her tone of voice was not the most welcoming. She was very rude and asked my brother the same question over and over just a little louder everytime. I asked her if she was upset or something was wrong because of the treatment and she said "oh, no!" After that her attitude was different and we proceeded to refilling the meds. read more

You won't get a please or thank you, or a smile from anyone at the pharmacy. The Pharmacist is a monster she implies that I was hopping around pharmacy for my meds without asking any questions and told me she would not take my prescription afterward if I transferred it elsewhere and decided to come back to her lair (rite aid). She didn't bother to ask why I had to move to another pharmacy and know that my Walgreens was shut down that I normally go to due to civil unrest in So Cal. causing me to go to Vons Pharmacy in my area. . She didn't bother to ask why I'm in this godforsaken town in the 1st place which by the way is for work temporarily. When I told the pharmacist the only reason I'm transferring is due to her and her staff's rudeness; all she could say is "we didn't say anything". No apology, NO nothing. She and her staff doesn't know how to ask clarifying questions or how to speak to people in order to better understand anything. Don't use this Pharmacy. Linda from the pharmacy department was so helpful and nice. I went to pick up medication for my mom and she mentioned to us the Shingles shot that our own doctor forgot to mention! It was a helpful reminder. She also mentioned the TDAP for myself and my partner and that was also a sweet reminder that we needed. I love how fast and nice the pharmacy service is, even during times like this. read more

First and last time going there for an antibiotic to help relieve a HORRID sinus infection. I figured I work in Fowler and go to CVS which is excellent...but they were closing by 6pm. I needed meds ASAP and didn't want to go to Walmart. So I was at home in bed suffering waiting for that text. My husband went from 6:30-6:41pm. They told him it wasn't ready and didn't even give him an idea of how long just said they would text him. He waited around and nothing. So he came home. NEVER received a text. I just called today I think her name was Linda ...she tells me it was ready at 6:51pm!!!!!! I asked why we didn't get a text well the idiots got one number wrong. And she didn't care. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Husband is dropping everything to bring me the meds. read more

Upon arriving at Rite Aid to pick up my prescription my MIL who is from out of town mentioned how ugly and trashy this location is. The grass is completely dead and there was trash all over the parking lot. This location is on the busiest intersection in Selma. What a terrible impression does this give?!?! The one star I am giving this place is because of the store part itself and the ice cream they have. The pharmacy deserves no stars. They are very rude and disrespectful to my mother every time she goes in. They NEVER have our prescriptions ready and even have called our doctors liars, stating they never receive our prescriptions. The line takes forever inside and outside and we are honestly thinking about changing to Walgreens when it comes to the pharmacy. The regular staff members aren't very nice either and don't go out of their way to provide assistance. Some are helpful but I have had to wait several minutes before someone would come to help me check out. read more

This pharmacy really doesn't even deserve one star. I've been coming here for over a year thinking their service will improve but boy was I wrong. What really did it for me was when I brought my sisters prescription in after she had just gotten out of the hospital from delivering her first baby. I come back later to pick it up as the lady told me and they have the nerve to tell me they can't find the prescription. On top of that they look at the cameras and say I never dropped anything off and the lady who took my prescription says I never brought anything in?! Again I experienced the slow service of the staff at the drive-tru, when I arrived there were 3 cars in front, one left and the line didnt move for 15 minutes, I just left without my meds. Needs staff that are motivated about the job and not motivated just cause its easy and stop caring about effectiveness. read more

Most of their prices are usually more than I want to pay. They do have some great ice cream though. Their Pharmacy is quick and easy for me to pick up my prescriptions. read more

Well well well..I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and they failed again...I only went there couse my daughter really wanted a cone..shocked to see more staff but they were all talking to each other instead of asking if we need help..anyway there was like only 4 oddball flavors of ice cream and they were almost gone too..the lady didn't seem to care if that was all there was...had to go to good old reliable Mcds.. My dr sent a prescription electronically and when I went 3 hrs later I was told It wasn't ready and that it would be another two hours. I show up another 3 hours later only for them to tell me that they still weren't ready and would'nt be ready until the next afternoon. And to top it off gave me attitude when I told them that the medication was important and I didn't understand how they couldn't have them ready yet. One of them was over the counter, they didn't even have to make it and the other was an inhaler so they only had to fill one thing!! They made me feel like it was my fault that I came when they weren't ready. A few weeks later I had the exact same thing happen, attitude and all. They only filled part of the prescription and when I called to ask them why they said they "weren't sure" and that they didn't have it in stock so I had to wait another day for it. (Given that they had already gotten me in trouble with my sons dr for not giving him the medication even though it wasn't my fault). I called the next morning and was given attitude again by there pharmacy tech who told me I needed to wait until they called me....well its been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten a call or gotten the medication. Thanks a lot Rite Aid. You just lost a loyal customer that got her and her whole family's prescription there. Ill be switching over to fox. read more
