    Family owned, very kind owners and staff. You would expect the prices to be a lot higher and they are fair and reasonable.

    I used this pharmacy for the last time. After being charged 300$ for a simple prescription for…read moreseveral months. This pharmacy finally dropped the price to 49$. For months they told me to call my doctor and insurance but both said they contacted the pharmacy and I should've never paid that much. Then I had my dosage change and they would consistently mess that up and request I call my doctor. I would call my doctor, speak directly to her and she would tell me the pharmacy is simply trying to make a profit from me because they knew I would just pay for my prescription instead of waiting days for them to magically fulfill my order. I witnessed the people at the pharmacy get into arguments and behave in an unprofessional manner. This was upsetting and difficult for me to deal with and not intervene. I saw a young cashier attempting to help me as I explained my scenario several times month after month and the pharmacist/doctor shush her. I switched to the CVS pharmacy next to Starbucks in reedley and haven't had a single issue. I just feel like someone canceled my transaction at Rite Aid after I left and created a 49$ charge and pocketed my 250$.

    One I get thru the line as at times the drive thru can take 20 mins…read more Anyhow once I get to the window, to pick up meds most of the time it goes smoothly. I have the Walgreens app so when the meds are ready, I get a text saying that they're ready for pick up. I also order my meds with this app so it's important to get that as well. Yesterday when I went and picked up my supplies I had a real nice experience a male person who was real tall. I got my name and went and pulled my order and a pharmacist called and asked if I had any questions and if there were any questions, they're happy to answer him if not to feel free to give them a call that's real nice. When the pharmacist takes an active role in this process, you can ask any question there's never a dumb question I promise you I hope you have a good a good experience as I have. And if Devon is involved, it will surely be a great one. He is so helpful and he really cares for the people there and the customers he's got real good customer service thank you.

Then I realized I had been overcharged for the nuts that I thought were on sale. Someone possibly a customer put the tag over the nuts that I wanted. Since they weren't going to honor the price, I said to give me a refund. She said I need an ID to make the return even though I hadn't left her site. I only stepped aside from her register. That infuriated me because not only are you saying I can't have the product I want but you're saying that I need to leave the store go across the street get my ID and come back even though there's no way I could commit fraud. She is saying there's no way for her to go around that rule when the whole purpose of that rule is probably to prevent fraud I'm guessing. Otherwise, why would you need an ID to return something that you literally just handed to me and I handed right back to her. I would not have been so pissed about the price tag being wrong if she hadn't made me leave the store to go get my ID. I was not responsible for that tag being in the wrong spot I thought I had checked the tag like I typically do to make sure that a good thing that seems to be good to be true is or isn't. I made a mistake that day didn't take a picture so I can confirm. Instead of just giving me a break and either giving me the price that the tag said or letting me return the product without my ID they made me go through hoops.
