I usually have no issue with this pharmacy, but lately scripts are being filled out way to long…read more... Normally when I call the pharmacy to see if they can speed up the filling a script. After waiting a few hours to over a day. They will usually tell me. Sure give us about 15-20 minutes. Today I was told over the phone will text you when its done. Completely avoiding my, I would like to have the script by tonight. ( so i can take it in the morning). 2 hours later nothing...... I drive over their and again i am told the same thing. It closes in 2 hours.... Two more hours go by and nothing... I am well aware it does not take long to fill something. If i took in a hand held script instead of an electronic one being sent. I would be able to wait in the waiting area and it be filled within 20 minutes. I also know its takes less then 5 minutes to run an insurance card... so pretty disappointing. Will be my last time going through them.

For months they told me to call my doctor and insurance but both said they contacted the pharmacy and I should've never paid that much. Then I had my dosage change and they would consistently mess that up and request I call my doctor. I would call my doctor, speak directly to her and she would tell me the pharmacy is simply trying to make a profit from me because they knew I would just pay for my prescription instead of waiting days for them to magically fulfill my order. I witnessed the people at the pharmacy get into arguments and behave in an unprofessional manner. This was upsetting and difficult for me to deal with and not intervene. I saw a young cashier attempting to help me as I explained my scenario several times month after month and the pharmacist/doctor shush her. I switched to the CVS pharmacy next to Starbucks in reedley and haven't had a single issue. I just feel like someone canceled my transaction at Rite Aid after I left and created a 49$ charge and pocketed my 250$.

Which have a good price for out of pocket. So I take the long walk to dinuba CA from Reedley CA. To buy them, I don't have a vehicle and I'm currently disabled and homeless. Sometimes I'm not dressed neatly or my hair ain't combed but I do my best under the circumstances. I buy all my camping gear and canned food from The dinuba walmart. I get greeted ​with a smile and welcomed. Then I get to the pharmacy. Where the ten foot policy is not in any way practiced or in any way obeyed. Also their cleansers at this location that don't contain parabens were passed their date of use and they are charging $9 for it when I can easily go to Walmart and get it for $7.
