Beware of stylist BREE **** At the time of me scheduling an appointment all they asked was what would you like to get done I said a color and Haircut. They said okay Bree is available Friday morning and I said okay perfect. Friday comes I sit in her chair I tell her I wanted a Bob and i was torn between a ombre or balayage. She convinced me to get a balayage. At that moment she did NOT tell me my hair was too dark to color. All she said was she will bleach my hair get it lighten and the color will stay. I'm there trusting her with my hair and her word. I don't know about the process of cutting hair and coloring. Mind you I came in with my long hair ready to chop it. She said if I'm sure I want to take that much off I said yes I've cut my hair short many times before. I do this every so often after it grows out. Her first wrong done I noticed now is that she did not finish my hair cut prior to coloring. She left my front long kinda trimmed the back of my hair and did not thin it out. She reassured me that she will finish it after she bleached my hair and colored. Just in case I want to go longer on the Bob. I said okay sure. Well I'm cooking underneath the hair dryer I assumed she left to lunch. Little did I know she did NOT have the color I requested which was a dark Emerald Green. She said she had this specific color I requested. But she didn't and didn't tell me this at ALL. Til later I found out. As she's applying the color she's telling me it's going to be a bit more brighter then I wanted. In my head I'm like it should be fine as long as it's done correctly. After getting it washed and she starts to dry it that's when the NIGHTMARE Begans. I noticed bits of the hair that was supposedly bleached was not lightened correctly. So the color was sticking to my hair BLOTCHY. My hair looked like a Halloween Wig Green with yellow pieces undyed. My haircut was not even finished. It was a mess it was ugly! I was so embarrassed and she still Did not once APOLOGIZE. SHE JUST KEPT TRYING TO SAY MY HAIR IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE THIS. I told her I'm not leaving this salon like this, this isn't the shade I wanted and even if it wasn't I wouldn't be complaining if it was at least a Even coat of color it's not EVEN at all. She's trying to cut my hair well I'm telling her this and she's chopping and her hands are shaking. All ESMER the manager tells her is she might have it and we will try and coat it again. I would have even took any other color just fix it , it was a mess. She told me she was going to get the correct color to come back in later go get something to eat. My stomach was turnt when I left and I immediately was crying cause of the nightmare this turned into. Mind you I was there from 10 am til about 3pm when she was going to release me looking like a clown. I go back she again reassures me she has the correct color. In the end of it all it STILL WAS NOT THE CORRECT COLOR AND WAS BLOTCHY. She didn't even know how to correctly cut a bob. And because she didn't cut my hair prior to coloring most of my color she did put was cut down to the floor. Esmer took over and fixed my bob a little but BREE was wanting to leave it super thick . It was terrible!! She did not once APOLOGIZE. She made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking for that color. Like I was in the wrong for coming in with my virgin hair. Instead I felt like I was a Barbie hair doll going away at it. I left the shop at 7pm still unsatisfied. She made me pay still Full price of $100 dollars for the shit show of a hairstyle on me. She said come back within the week and she will correct the color. Even if she puts the correct color my bleached hair is mostly cut now. It needs to be completely fixed. I leave the store and go straight to Sally's beauty to see what I can do about this hair and if my "balayage" was suppose to look like this. They said they seen BREE go in there in the MORNING looking for that dark green. And later in the afternoon! I was in complete shock! They showed me all the colors she grabbed since they did NOT have the color I requested in stock. She basically was mixing different greens trying to achieve my hair color :( Like why did she do that!! The fact that she went to Sally's on her lunch break AS WELL! she could have told me then I don't have that color these are the colors we have IN THE SALON I would have picked another. Instead she charges me $100 to get Sally hair products in my hair !!! Like really. I did not expect this at all from there shop. You go to a shop to get it professionally done. I could have done this to myself!! I'm Terrified to even have her touch my hair again. It wasn't done correctly at all. Sally's girls told me I'm not the only one that has come from her saying they messed up there hair. ** Just note if they mess up your hair you will still be expected to pay full price. Excellent time there! I got my hair cut and colored and right when I walked in I was already directed to sit down and she cut my split ends, got to work and started to do the bleaching process also! Esmerelda and Natalie did my hair exactly how I would wanted it to :) They had music going on and were engaging in conversations and talked appropriately and what not. I would love to go there again for another cut and color in the future! They care a lot about their customers and handle things with perfect care. read more

On Feb 17th 2018 I had an appointment at 9am with Annaista, (not sure about the spelling of her name) for a color correction. I had Brown hair I wanted blonde but needed up Orange and wanted it fixed. My hair was extremely healthy and was past the middle of my back. The stylist knew I was pregnant and the products that were on my hair. She reassured me it wasn't going to be an issue and it wouldn't be a problem fixing the color. A couple hours later I left the salon in tears and missing half of my hair. The left side of my head is melted off above my shoulders, From the nape of my neck half way up the back of my head is melted off to 3 inches. The right side still has some length but extremely damaged and stringy. The stylist said nothing as she kept blow drying my hair. After about 30 mins of her tugging at my hair I turned to the mirror and saw what had happened to my hair. It was completely ruined and is STILL falling out. I will have to cut my hair into an A line to make it look decent. My heart is completely broken and the stylist seemed to not care as I Sat there bawling looking at the damage. All she said was come back for treatments. I couldn't believe it. Management did nothing. No one said anything as I Sat there lifting up pieces of my hair watching it fall to the floor. The other stylist were doing a great job as I watched many happy women come and go the time I was there. Other clients had their hair looking great as they were leaving. Sadly I wasn't one of them. Annaista was very nice but with her not seeming to care she just melted my hair off really upset me and I don't this to happen to anyone else. read more
