One I get thru the line as at times the drive thru can take 20 mins. Anyhow once I get to the window, to pick up meds most of the time it goes smoothly. I have the Walgreens app so when the meds are ready, I get a text saying that they're ready for pick up. I also order my meds with this app so it's important to get that as well. Yesterday when I went and picked up my supplies I had a real nice experience a male person who was real tall. I got my name and went and pulled my order and a pharmacist called and asked if I had any questions and if there were any questions, they're happy to answer him if not to feel free to give them a call that's real nice. When the pharmacist takes an active role in this process, you can ask any question there's never a dumb question I promise you I hope you have a good a good experience as I have. Up until several days ago, I liked them despite their slow pharmacy. Before I left the store I checked my receipt because I couldn't figure out why my total was so much. Then I realized I had been overcharged for the nuts that I thought were on sale. Someone possibly a customer put the tag over the nuts that I wanted. Since they weren't going to honor the price, I said to give me a refund. She said I need an ID to make the return even though I hadn't left her site. I only stepped aside from her register. That infuriated me because not only are you saying I can't have the product I want but you're saying that I need to leave the store go across the street get my ID and come back even though there's no way I could commit fraud. She is saying there's no way for her to go around that rule when the whole purpose of that rule is probably to prevent fraud I'm guessing. Otherwise, why would you need an ID to return something that you literally just handed to me and I handed right back to her. I would not have been so pissed about the price tag being wrong if she hadn't made me leave the store to go get my ID. I was not responsible for that tag being in the wrong spot I thought I had checked the tag like I typically do to make sure that a good thing that seems to be good to be true is or isn't. I made a mistake that day didn't take a picture so I can confirm. Instead of just giving me a break and either giving me the price that the tag said or letting me return the product without my ID they made me go through hoops. read more

Every time I go into the facility, the shelves are always empty like they're going out of business never find what I'm looking for ... like if you're not gonna keep your shelves full just pack it up and leave the city! read more

Fill prescriptions on time. It should not take 10 hours to fill a prescription. For the more it was lied to tech over the phone said they were working on. It came down here eight hours later and said that they hadn't started working on it yet. read more

Waited so long a few months ago, that the water line broke in the house and the house flooded. Still not repaired, if we did not have to wait so long, the damage would have been minimal. If they know the customer base was increasing, they need to hire more people. Went last night to pick up medicine and he told me 40 minutes. I went in today and they told me 2 hours. Was in from out of state for two weeks visiting family. My prescription was not ready when I left home, had 2 weeks called in here to pick up. In the time trying to get this filled, the incompetence out of Lucy directly resulted in my prescriptions never getting filled and I am now leaving the state. It's a good thing this prescription is not life threatening because no one here cares at all. I would avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. read more

They are all very rude. Total ignore you when using drive thru. Expect you to sit in your hot car while the three of them are standing around chatting. The chick who if she walked any slower would be going backwards, never said hello or goodbye, could only yawn at 11:00 in morning. The one left to try is Walmart! read more

I had walked in at first they told me my meds would be ready in 20min, when I came back they said they didn't have it. So I came back a 3rd time after a week and sat for that amount of time. I try my best to review a place as soon as I get a moment to but sometimes I fail at things. Unlike me, Walgreens has not failed me in a thing. Their customer service has been steadily rising to almost perfection and they usually have what I need. Their photo department is usually the place I visit the most due to having a child who needs pictures for class assignments. Someone is always there to help and pictures are printed instantly from her mobile device. They have extra cords on hand for loan at no extra cost. There's also a Redbox here that I visit on occasion like tonight when staying in sounds nicer than going out. It has an assortment but I usually reserve online for time sake. read more

Don't use this pharmacy if you need to fill your prescription right away. Not sure what their issue is - maybe it's short staffing- but they always take forever to answer the phone. Waited on hold yesterday for 25 minutes and nobody picked up. I've learned to always call before going to pick up my prescriptions because when I show up to they are never ready when I get there. read more

The pharmacy is horrible. They regularly send a text to notify when the order is ready. Problem is when I drive to the pharmacy and wait in line for 20 minutes I get told the medication is still on order. This happens repeatedly!!!!! read more
