I deeply appreciate that they inform you about the rewards points and their willing to help you save a few cents on your gas preference. Just today, I called in an associate asking if she could accept my change (coins) [Very kind woman btw] for gas where it summed up to a total of 21 dollars. She gladly accepted and informed that she would let the gentlemen's know about my arrival with the coins. The gentleman accepted and the associate was calmed and patient about counting the money. I cannot complain of their customer service skills. On the contrary, I am thankful for their comprehension and kindness. My wish is for this place to continue providing phenomenal customers service for everyone. So far, the best Chevron Extra Mile I have ever experienced! :) Thank you.

It is right on/off highway 99 so you can't jump right on the freeway after pumping or get some fuel on the way home (if you live in Selma). If you're reading this and thinking of stopping, please do. I have the Walgreens app so when the meds are ready, I get a text saying that they're ready for pick up. I also order my meds with this app so it's important to get that as well. Yesterday when I went and picked up my supplies I had a real nice experience a male person who was real tall. I got my name and went and pulled my order and a pharmacist called and asked if I had any questions and if there were any questions, they're happy to answer him if not to feel free to give them a call that's real nice. When the pharmacist takes an active role in this process, you can ask any question there's never a dumb question I promise you I hope you have a good a good experience as I have. And if Devon is involved, it will surely be a great one. He is so helpful and he really cares for the people there and the customers he's got real good customer service thank you.

With only two cars ahead of me, it took 30 minutes to reach the window. I was then told that only three of my four prescriptions were ready and that the fourth would take another 30 minutes. Because my daughter was asleep in the car, going inside was not an option. I specifically asked whether the prescription would be ready by the time I waited behind the four cars already in line. The employee said yes. After waiting another 40 minutes, I reached the window again and was told it still was not ready. The woman said they had only two employees handling roughly 400 prescriptions, then rudely told me to either come inside or return in another hour. When I explained again that my daughter was sleeping in the car, she dismissively replied, "Then come back in an hour." About three minutes after leaving, I received an alert saying the prescription was ready, but I had already entered the freeway. I returned an hour later. Inside, the counters were unattended, customers were looking around for help, and the pharmacy line was long. I went back to the drive thru and waited another 30 minutes. Being understaffed may explain the delays, but it does not excuse inaccurate information, poor communication, or rude treatment. This was easily one of the most disorganized, inefficient, and unprofessional pharmacy experiences I have encountered. I wish Yelp allowed a rating below one star.
