My favorite little store, cool workers, good service, Mike is the best!!…read more Pizza - I was a little hesitant to try pizza from a liquor store but after trying my first slice & then seeing on their instagram the work Mike and the team put in to the kitchen just to bring their idea to life.. makes me appreciate it more!! The flavor of the pizza is similar to Me n Ed's but in my opinion better, the cheese & pepperoni taste super fresh. They like to make sure you get fresh pizza as well! The pepperoni is fire but the honey ur hot is my FAVORITE!! I don't live too far so Instead of driving, I walked to the store just to grab me & my daughter a slice! :) Grabbing a full pizza later today and I'll be updating my review with better pictures. ! :)

I was immediately welcomed. Walked the isles to see their products they had in stock in their store. A lot of different culture food but I am 100% more comfortable purchasing and trying out new brands if it means a healthier alternative. As I continued through each nice well organized clean isle - I made it to the back of the store where they had all their fresh produce. You are able to tell that these are fresh ORGANIC produce. They hold tofu for anyone who is vegan etc; Overall absolutely lovely and I will be returning. I am happy we have a store closer where I can have a nice peaceful grocery shop. Lemons and tomato's - cucumbers - onions - very good pricing. I want to say the owner of the store was present and very pleasant to be around. As we walked out they gave us a free candy bar - which I was surprised because - Walmart or food max do not give you free candy as you walk out or a free item as a nice gesture out of the heart. Really touched me. To have a family owned market - makes me feel like living in a small town. I highly recommend this lovely business.

My last trip driving to LA, I stopped at the ARCO just off the freeway in far north Fresno. Now I…read morefind out that it's closed, grrrrr. So this time, we stopped off here. This ARCO is far enough off the freeway to be missed, so it has better prices than others catching 99 drivers. Including the one on Fresno Ave where we stopped on our way back. It's much older than the one that was on Herndon Ave. I like ARCO, but I gave this one three stars instead of four. Its AM/PM has the normal things, or at least it's set up for that. We were going to have our dinner meal with AM/PM food (yeah, we're high class, all right). At 6pm, they had almost nothing available. Most AM/PMs have lots of hot food for purchase at great prices. This AM/PM had great prices, but the pickins were slim. I had a chicken burrito that was kinda bleah. At least we convinced our girl to eat that smoked ham & chicken sandwich, and she ate the whole thing. And they do have those monster glasses to put your Coke into. Oh well, it's ARCO, home of low gas prices.
