A…read morephoto book that was all done upside down and backwards, I went back to pick up a new photo book, and only half of the pages were there, no refunds, just waiting for one project for four days to be completed correctly! Today I just returned a Mother's Day gift, a beautiful print panel with a mother reading to her child, instead I received some strangers photograph, not my photo!, A person holding a bag of chips! Don't waste your time trying to get their help. Their work is never good.

I told her that I think it's due to Spring allergies because my optometrist did not find any pathologies, so she kindly lead me to the Eye Care section of the store, where she gave me some brand name recommendations for allergy eye drops. I bought the CVS generic brand of Olopatadine HCL, and although my symptoms have not improved, I am grateful for the excellent customer service that Lisa provided. The only negative about this store is that my Verizon WiFi is inaccessible here. CVS customers must use Public WiFi, which I refuse to do out of fear of online hackers.

How am I supposed to know what he's doing on his end if the payment terminal is telling me to put my PIN # in? As I was leaving he yelled behind me NICE TO MEET YOU! In a sarcastic way. I ended up calling and speaking to the supervisor Jim who seemed like I was disturbing him and couldn't care less. I wouldn't come back to this store if my life depended on it.

The courteous gentleman on the phone made sure that the medication was dropped off at my door the same day! I'm a long time Babylon resident and used this pharmacy for years and never had any issues. In fact, just like this time, they always go above and beyond what would be considered good service. Walgreens Pharmacy has a drive through, but I preferred to walk in. They send a text notification when a prescription is ready for pick up and another when the prescription has been picked up. The pharmacy also has an app, where customers can view their prescription history. Lastly, the prices of medications are reasonable. I highly recommend Walgreens Pharmacy.

Nathan, the pharmacist is aware of everything and always acknowledges customers. I was floored that he knew my name! There is never a wait and I get a text when my prescription is ready. The entire staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery man even helped me out when my car got stuck on ice. And they deliver! No more CVS with long lines and crazy ringing phones

Today pharmacist/co-owner Nathan answered the questions that I posed of a medical device that I use and of a few nutritional supplements that I contemplated buying from him. He was a pleasure to talk to. The store associate was helpful, too, asking me if there was anything she could help me with. What I especially like about this pharmacy is that it is open on Sundays although only for four hours. Costco Pharmacy, where I usually get my medications filled, is not open that day. The only negative about New Island Pharmacy is that it is quite small, and parking is tight.
