Instead, head to the Center Moriches CVS or Rite Aid in Eastport--both are leagues better than this disaster of a pharmacy. I've been on a maintenance medication for six months, and not once has it been filled on time, despite being enrolled in automatic refills and calling a week in advance to confirm it will be ready. Every time, there's an excuse--and it's always "the computer's fault." The lack of accountability and basic competence is astonishing. This isn't a one-time fluke; it's a consistent failure. Typically the pharmacy workers are efficient. Only once recently did I make a request by someone new there and he did the exact opposite of what I requested; filled a script I requested a hold on (I physically went in) . My major complaint is their new system of leaving a phone message and they supposedly will get back to you. Well they don't always. Yesterday around 2:30 pm left a message & now Its 10am the next day and no return call. This is a pharmacy; medications are important ! Disappointed in this system. read more

Every necessary convenience item is on display here everything from Milk, Bread, Ice Cream, Lunch Meats, Cheeses, Chips, Chocolates, Canned Goods, Pantry Items, Cookies and Beverages. They have an excellent greeting card section for those of us who need help expressing our feelings into those words and phrases things. Plus they have wrapping paper and gift bags and stuff too, which also comes in handy for last minute gift shoppers such as Yours Truly. Danielle (the pharmacist) is absolutely horrible, rude and unprofessional. they were closing in 5 minutes so she had the audacity to say "I highly suggest you don't go to get a Coca Cola because we are closing in 5 minutes" for her lunch break....Like what!!!!! And then she continued on wasting my time, LYING saying how cooperate shuts down the computers while they go on their lunch break and I can't go get a Coca Cola and didn't even have the decency to find my goodrx card to get a discount and told me to come back after their break. So late at a near by restaurant called hurricanes and had a burger that really messed up my stomach. So I ran into this CVS to use the bathroom I was with 3 of my friends with me. I was in there and did my Business and guess what there was no toilet paper. I was in there for 30 minutes trying to call but had no service and that's when my friends came in and was looking for me. They found me in the bathroom and told them my dilemma and they went to someone for toilet paper. The guy that works there said "I guess I'll do something" with an attitude. I was waiting for another 10 minutes until I was like screw it im using paper towels that gave me a hell of a rash. I recommend not using that bathroom if you have an emergency read more

By a strange set of circumstances, we visited this CVS three times within 24 hours (and we don't even live in Manorville!). In the first instance, we arrived just after they had closed for the evening. A nice young man inside unlocked the door to ask my wife what she needed, let her in and range up her purchase (a family member desperately needed a specific item). During our other two visits, staff were friendly and helpful. This was all the more impressive given that the terrible CVS near our home (in Pennsylvania) offers such a contrast. This CVS is great. Their pharmacy staff is the greatest. They great you with a smile, answer all your questions, and always treat you with respect. The store has everything other CVS stores have. The cashiers always greet you as you enter. They are always open even during snowstorms which was helpful when I had a sick child at home that needed medicine. 11/11/11 opening = no Grand Opening sales or even promos, with the only fanfare being the signs along 111 beckoning you to building C (the first on the lot?). Typical CVS hours & layout, so the lack of 24-hour service is pretty glaring, as is the awkwardly sloped parking lot and trees that will never grow back. Staff was friendly and the store waiting to be worn in, and perhaps to be stocked, as they were missing some items normally available at other CVS locations. Ultimately, a convenient amenity for the area at the expense of the environment and traffic flow/gas efficiency. read more

I don't ever post reviews .. but I just had to say thank you to the pharmacist that helped me out .. being that it's the day after Christmas and pretty much all dentist offices are closed I was shit out of luck .. until I called cvs pharmacy in manorville and spoke to a man who I believe was the head pharmacist and told him I was in a lot of pain and couldn't get to a dentist til the following Monday .. he gave me antibiotics to hold me over til I could see my dentist and I can't tell you how much it was appreciated .. not only did I have to be at a birthday party later that night ( which I probably wouldn't of made had I not been giving the meds to ease the infection) he also told me it would be ready in 5 mins and to come right away! I had a really bad experience at this pharmacy. While the staff working at this location are very helpful and nice, the pharmacist is really rude. He was extremely unfriendly, condescending, and seemed to have no interest in helping me at all when a problem arose with a prescription I was picking up. It was such a bad experience that I promptly canceled all my prescriptions and took my business elsewhere. read more
