Do not have any photo gifts created here! I have just returned my fifth item, to this store! A photo book that was all done upside down and backwards, I went back to pick up a new photo book, and only half of the pages were there, no refunds, just waiting for one project for four days to be completed correctly! Today I just returned a Mother's Day gift, a beautiful print panel with a mother reading to her child, instead I received some strangers photograph, not my photo!, A person holding a bag of chips! Have your staff answer the telephone I only had a question about one of the prescriptions it told me that they were prescriptions ready to fill do I want them but they didn't tell me what they were I wound up going down there again I've had to go there three times because no one picks up the phone yes they call you back but we do have other things to do in our life too and you are a business that should be taken care of your customers I will be leaving soon read more

I came here for my 2nd dose of pfizer and Deanna the pharmacist was the one to administer. I am so lucky to have had her there because she eased my worries. She's a very sweet young lady. The whole team of people are great at the pharmacy. It just sucks that the customers aren't always nice to them. All levels of the medical field are dealing with so much on a day to day basis and here we are (civilians) upset because we have to wait to get a jab. Never ever purchase gift cards from this cvs. I purchased an Amazon gift card, everything seemed ok but when it was opened the claim code was ripped off. I contacted Amazon and they said the gift card was claimed. If you purchased anything at this cvs since early December I would check your bank accounts associated with the credit card you used. read more

This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE CVS. There are so many things wrong with the North Babylon CVS. I too had to write a letter to headquarters because I saw the pharmacist using her bare/non-gloved hands to separate & then pour the medicine into its cylinder container. Afterwards she ran her fingers through her hair & NEVER wiped or washed her hands. This was approx 3 years ago. I have yet to this day received any feedback from my letter. This pharmacy has gone down in the dumps in the past few years. read more

She "called" my doctors office and called me back saying that "they don't have a doctor under that name and you're not a patient" I called the doctors office and the same doctor she said didn't exist was on the phone with her, still giving the doctors office a difficult time. read more

This is Deer Park Animal Hospital and we find it extremely unprofessional to be spoken to from the PHARMACIST MANAGER in a condescending way. "If we don't hurry up, I'm going to lose the other people on hold" As if our office, trying to call in our patients prescription & being on hold for 10 minutes didn't matter. If I could give this store less than a STAR I would,Staff is slow ,shelves not stocked .My wifes prescription for Cough Medicine was called in 3 hrs before I arrived to pick it up. I grabbed a small basket and picked up about 15 additional items. Tissues ,vitamins,and a few sundry items.After waiting 10 minutes on line Im told they are still working on it and it will be 15 minutes .I left all my items on the counter and left. I called my wife to have her call CVS and tell them to call us when the script is ready. They said we dont have the product in stock. Went to pick up my prescription and as I was waiting I noticed the pharmacist assistant pouring out pills and using her bare finger and touching them. I said excuse me that is a Department of Health violation you should have a glove on. She said what what I repeated it again she respond that her finger was barely touching them I said yea that's the key word barely means yes you admitted your finger was touching them . She told me to calm down. Calm down seriously. That's a health violation. As I was furious I told her I was filing a complaint which I did as I had to go on the DOH website and obtain the form to file. She smugly handed the cashier her name and employee number to give me so I had it to put on the complaint. It's like she wanted to be fired. I tweeted CVS pharmacy as well and their response was all CVS pharmacy staff follow NY State guidelines. Never asked which store or pharmacist or said they would look into this they just dismissed it. Waiting to see if DOH gives me an update. Very unsafe and disgusting how they handle your medication and mine. read more

This isn't my regular CVS, but it is close to my place. Probably closer than my normal one since I moved. I have been here several times. When I saw the low ratings, I couldn't believe it was so low. It's an average CVS. There is nothing special about it. The staff has always been helpful if not friendly. There have been a few times the line was a little longer than I wanted, but it happens. I will stop by again. If you need anything they sell and in the area, I have no reason you shouldn't stop by. read more

I was informed by someone in the optical department that the North Babylon location took walk ins for COVID vax When I asked if they could call to make sure I was looked at like I was crazy for asking for some customer service. So I went to North Babylon and they did not offer walk in. Thank God Rite Aid accommodated me and treated me and my situation amazingly. I wanna go NEGATIVE on the stars for this place... Front of the store needs a MAJOR staff overhaul!! I came here for ONE item... it was 10:30am and I was on a short break from my job, getting the ONE thing that CVS has over there competitors, First Aid Elastic Stretch Net for a recent painful injury, where my wounds are clearly visible on my feet and I use this product to help cover the wounds, securely... I have this ONE item in my hand and the girl behind the register goes over to the photo counter to take someone's Passport Photo, WITHOUT calling for back-up at the front register. FINALLY the brainic decides to let someone else know to open and I waited in line for a $6.49 purchase for over 10 minutes! Clearly the management of this store has NO CLUE how to excel at any customer service as I did NOT get an apology for waiting, after stating to the overly eye-shadowed cashier that she was lucky I really needed this product or I would have walked out!!! As far as the pharmacy, my plan only allows me to use CVS, and everytime the back counter has a line, but it moves and the technicans are helpful... read more

I'm not sure what's going on at this CVS. Time to find a new pharmacy. Staff used to be on point. Understanding everyone is human I have let go alot of errors at this location, but today was too much. The indian lady handing out prescriptions yells out everyone's personal information while we all just turned and looked at each other. My info on the screen was all wrong. When she gives me my script she tells me it is a 90 day supply and it was a 28 day supply confirmed by her team mate. They all seemed annoyed to be at work today and it looks understaffed. Zero stars is more like it . Went to reload my PayPal card .The lady in the front was so sweet .She indeed was fast and efficient.However after 10 minutes passed I still had no money on the card.The lady was confused so she called this thing called a manger .While waiting for him a young man came in and asked for a job .The cashier said you have to wait for manger .So he comes upfront and is like telling the boy in the most rudest way ever go online to cvs , apply and they take 14 days to reply .So I explained to him my issues and he was like oh well I don't know what to tell you according to this thing , she did it correctly, did you call them ? Did you check to see if the money was added ? Acting like I was trying to get over or something. I explained yes and this was my first time doing it .He was like oh well like I said maybe it's taking longer than usual but she did it right .So I said okay and started to walk away with my two year old .Apparently the door wasn't opening and closing correctly and some lady was telling him and he goes to the front and the same kid who asked for the job was trying to fix the door and this manger guy was like oh hey don't do that but miraculously the door opened.Then him , yes the manger says " oh it seems to be working just fine " .Who hired him ? His disgusting and smells .Rude attitude and if I was that young man I hope I never work with him .Oh and for the money , I went to another CVS where they explained she typed in the card number , but she was suppose to slide card .So they fixed it ..Don't shop at this deer park CVS across from McDonald's.Manger is a disgusting smelling guy who's rude and smart mouthed . read more

Pharmacy staff is always nice and helpful. I've only had one issue here and it was more of an oversight issue. Lines are long but every CVS I've ever gone to has long lines so I wont complain. read more

The managers and staff at this location are rude and unhelpful. I went in to buy razorblades. Knowing that they'd be locked up I first approached,what looked like, the store manager. He told me to go to aisle 6 and he'd be right over. I stood there for about 8 minutes and he didn't show up. Assuming he had other matters to attend to I approached an overweight woman at he front desk with brownish hair named "Jen" (or something similar) and asked her to unlock the razor blades for me. She said she'd be right over. I stood there for about another 5-10 minutes while this woman stood up front and socialized with the cashiers. After a few minutes of frustration I tried to shake the razor display open. This lady, Jen, stops talking to the cashier about her weekend plans, looks me straight in the eye and says "they're locked! That's why it says ask for assistance!" with the nastiest attitude I've ever received from a CVS employee. First of all; there is no sign instructing you to ask for assistance. Second of all; I asked two upper level employees and was completely ignored for almost 20 minutes. You're better of going to the other CVS on DPA or one of the convenience stores in sunset plaza. read more

I do not like the feeling that I am not important or am irrelevant. When I am at the counter an no acknowledgement of my present when eye contact has been made. This was at Cvs in North Babylon and 3 people working in this area. A loud hello from me to have some one acknowledge me standing there for 3-4 minutes.. Yes I timed them to see W.T.H....Well I said my peace and will see if their service improve. read more
