I went to get my car washed today and I came out with a new car that previously had no scratches with a car that had multiple scratches. When I spoke with the manager/owner, he told me they were old scratches, that it didn't happen there. I told him I know that I didn't come in with scratches on my car and that maybe it was caused by the brushes they were using and everyone was on super crazy speed trying to get as many cars in and out as possible to be cleaned. I then saw a white mark on the upholstery which I thought was a bleach stain, but they were able to get it out. Another person who just had her new car cleaned saw that I was upset and she said, I have a scratch that I didn't have before and they didn't really clean the car for the price and another man was complaining about the quality of the cleaning of his car. When I insisted that those scratches weren't there before, he said that they use horse hair brushes so it wouldn't cause stratches. Well, the only brushes that I saw that they used were these brushes that were attached to long poles and the brushes didn't look like soft hair brushes. Worst of all, some of the damage looks like it penetrated the paint. I don't recommend this place and if you go, take a photo of your car first. read more
