The owner was very friendly, and it's nice to have a place like this in the neighborhood. Some notes: I stopped in for a quick take-out lunch and I was sober and enjoyed the food. I expect the same things eaten at 2AM while wasted would hit the spot. I got the impression from my talking to the owner that he runs and staffs the the place alone or with little help. If I had put in a 12 hour + day and some jackass tried to steal from me, I'd get angry too. Good for him.
