Your typical Eckerd turned Rite Aid. Nothing special or spectacular about this location. Great…read morefor the area, even better now since it has some competition up the street now. Only bad thing about this location is the location next to the traffic light. Nine times out of ten people will forget you can turn at the light and enter their parking lot and go through the light and attempt to enter while oncoming traffic are stopped at the light backing up traffic. There should be a no left turn. If you haven't already, join the Plenti program which includes Rite Aid, some good perks coming from that. Simple review for a simple store.

Do not recommend this pharmacy. Contacted the drug company who provided me with a list of…read morepharmacies that are regularly ordering the medication. This store was on the list. Contacted the pharmacy prior to having the script sent here and was told by the pharmacist they would fill it and have the medication in stock. Prescription arrived and the pharmacist refused to fill. Stated there is none in stock but it could be transferred to another pharmacy in stock - if I found one. I asked why she could not order it - as the company said there are no supply issues and her pharmacy has been ordering it regularly. She was shocked that the drug company would give me this information and said she never heard of that occurring before and she would be speaking to her manager about this concern. She continued to lie stating they don't have the medication, it is not in stock and refused to order/fill it. I contacted corporate and lodged a complaint, received nothing, called back, and requested it to be escalated. Was told I would be contacted by the region pharmacist in 1 week. Never received any calls/voicemail/response. Utilized a friendly/quick compound pharmacy in the area. My eyes are opening to how big pharma works and chain pharmacies are a thing of the past for me after this behavior.

Your typical Eckerd turned Rite Aid, if you will. Nothing major to report here. Came in here…read morebecause I wanted to avoid other nearby big box stores because I did not want to be around big crowds. The trade off there, I paid a bit higher price. I only had two things I needed to pick up and I swear every time I go to a Rite Aid it is like a scavenger hunt. Really have no idea where an item might be because no two Rite Aid is alike. I, of course, ended up with more than the two items I had intentions on getting. Take a moment and check out items they have on sale, especially the seasonal items. You can find some good deals and stock up for next year. Currently, summer items were 50% off. I have to admit, I sometimes forget this location exists. I mean it is on a busy corner in Johnstown, but it is a stand alone store with nothing else really within distance to go to. Unless you want to take a long walk to the strip mall nearby with constant traffic.
