Nine times out of ten people will forget you can turn at the light and enter their parking lot and go through the light and attempt to enter while oncoming traffic are stopped at the light backing up traffic. Do not recommend this pharmacy. Contacted the drug company who provided me with a list of…read morepharmacies that are regularly ordering the medication. This store was on the list. Contacted the pharmacy prior to having the script sent here and was told by the pharmacist they would fill it and have the medication in stock. Prescription arrived and the pharmacist refused to fill. Stated there is none in stock but it could be transferred to another pharmacy in stock - if I found one. I asked why she could not order it - as the company said there are no supply issues and her pharmacy has been ordering it regularly. She was shocked that the drug company would give me this information and said she never heard of that occurring before and she would be speaking to her manager about this concern. She continued to lie stating they don't have the medication, it is not in stock and refused to order/fill it. I contacted corporate and lodged a complaint, received nothing, called back, and requested it to be escalated. Was told I would be contacted by the region pharmacist in 1 week. Never received any calls/voicemail/response. Utilized a friendly/quick compound pharmacy in the area. My eyes are opening to how big pharma works and chain pharmacies are a thing of the past for me after this behavior.
