I came here because these allergies were kicking my butt. So much so that I started to feel the…read moresinus problems coming on. Knowing what I needed I headed towards the pharmacy. But prior to that I had to grab the card for the medication I needed off the shelf and then go to the pharmacy counter, an unneeded step in the process if you ask me. For this visit, it was definitely a very unneeded step for me. The card I took with me, they just happened to be out of, however they did have the off brand, which I was fine with. I do have to say that the guy working the pharmacy counter did at least attempt to make it right. Most people would have been over it and just told me they did not have it. He did look over everything they had back there that was similar and let me know what was the case. Saving me from having to back to the aisle and look over the cards for all the other medications. I did not go through the rest of the store, but I could tell that this was set up just like all the other ones out there. The access to the lot is a bit wonky so do be careful when entering/exiting the lot.

Still not ready an hour past that time (excuse is we are busy) it had a six hour wait to begin with! July: Ordered with a clerk (out of refills) - someone there decides that I don't need the one of two pills (same drug done to get proper dosage). So not filled when I get there. June: I ordered drugs thru app - go to pick up and told can't have the one until the following month (never got this month's) - reason I ordered it one day early, they didn't fill it, but my next refill date reflects it was refilled. Made a loud stink and finally a pharmacist rather than an incompetent clerk looked at my records. 'Checkout clerks' should not be telling me when I have refills available if they can see the actual records. I know what drugs I take. I do not need these incompetent managing my prescriptions - I need them to count the pills, put them in a bottle and sell them to me when I request (approved by insurance and within script restrictions). Customer service is SERVING the customer not creating issues month after month. .

Anytime you go past the pharmacy you will see about 5 to 10 elderly people who have been waiting in…read moreline for over 10 minutes just to hear that their script will not be ready until the next day. The staff doesn't seem to enjoy their job. Maybe that's because their computers seem to always crash and the tech guy you often see showing the ladies behind the counter how to fix it are very unprofessional. I witnessed a man yelling at the older lady behind the counter because she was having issues trying to figure out how to work it. There are many other chain pharmacies around that actually care to know you and make sure they have what you came for without making you wait.

Broke my oil plug and suggested I go to a full service garage and i did and they informed me Walmart used the wrong tool which is how it broke so i tried to call and speak to a manager and she started screaming at me telling me she knew better then the garage I was told to go to. Called corporate and they paid for it to be corrected despite what the store manager said. Only take your vehicle here if you don't wanna see it anymore or if you just have money to throw away. They should fire and re start the department completely so no one else gets stuck with paying for damage they didn't do.
