With the tree line and stream, there is nothing at this intersection but this gas station/convenience store. When I saw this, I thought is was your run of the mill country gas station. At the pumps, it is essentially so. But when you go inside it is a bit different. They were able to fit so much stuff inside here that it serves more than just a convenience store. They have an island as the register area. That area has items that you would expect behind the register. Tobacco products and items of the such. When you walk further into the store you find the items that you would expect in a convenience store. But you also find that this can be a corner store if you forgot something. They also had some prepared items, but I can't remember exactly what they were. They also have the skills games that are popping up everywhere you go. The best part of this place are the employees. They may appear and come off as gruff, they are the sweetest employees I have come across. Decent place to visit.

This Getgo has a convenience store and a WetGo if you want to wash your car. Weather was too cold and a bit off and on rain to check these two places out but I'm sure they are pretty much like the other ones I have been too. Using Advantage pay on the Giant Eagle Advantage card helps a lot!

Just last night I stopped here on my travel home in need of gas and to use the facilities. This place was helpful for one part of this trek, but not so much for the other. I know that every and any business has the right to not have a public restroom and I am fine with that. However if you do choose to do this there is no need to post a sign that states this. The front door has a sign that states that not only do they NOT have a public restroom, but to go to your choice of three nearby businesses to use their facilities. If I had known this before I stopped here, I would not have stopped. I was hoping to kill two birds with one stone and because of that I had to make another stop several miles up the road before I could relieve myself. The guy that was working was less than helpful and on the grumpy side. Like when I showed up I had awakened him from his slumber.

This particular location is located in Jeannette, and it is open 24 hours per day. My husband and I needed to fill up the gas tank in our SUV with premium gasoline. A pump was available for our use, so we did not have to wait in a line of vehicles. The price of $4.999 per gallon was comparable to what other gas stations charge, and we experienced no waits or malfunctioning with the pump. Note: If you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can earn Perks here and later redeem them for discounts on gas and groceries. We did not use the convenience store or the GetGo Cafe, so I cannot comment on them.

To note it is at a very busy intersection on Route 30 in Jeannette. This sits between two red light intersections, on a busy day this can be quite a chore to get in and out of. With it being brand new the location has all the bells and whistles. The gas island is set off to one side of the lot making it fairly easy if you are just getting gas. There is also a free air spot for your tires. The store portion is pretty great. It has that industrial feel. It has all that you would expect to find when it comes to convenience. This location also has a fairly extensive selection of beer and wine. The hot prepared food section is rather nice looking. I cannot speak to the speed or quality of the food as I was just looking for a quick drink after fueling up my vehicle. One added bonus at this location is kind of hidden. Prior to this being a GetGo a PNC Bank sat at the location. PNC didn't completely go away. In the back right corner there sits a drive up ATM, brought to you by no other than PNC.

Technically there are two businesses at this address. I will be focusing on the BP part here. With that, it's a mess. It has ample pumps to accommodate a huge influx of vehicles, especially with its proximity to the Turnpike. However, update the pumps, islands and lot. There are a lot of cracks and rust everywhere. Some of the islands look like they are going to topple. In the end, it's a great place to have a quick stop to get gas and get back on the road.

We easily found a convenient parking space for our vehicle. My husband went inside the store to find snacks and beverages for us. After a few minutes, he returned with candy bars and a freeze slushy. Sheetz also sells gasoline as well as Made-to-Order foods (e.g., burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and many others).

Yes, this place is more than just a grocery store. It is actually more like a gas station with an extended convenience store. With that the prices aren't always the cheapest, but when you are in dire need of something at the last minute, you really don't care about prices. Speaking of prices, this is usually the cheapest spot along the road for gas prices. There are few and far places along this stretch of road, but it is consistently the cheapest. When I said this was the go to place in the community, I wasn't kidding. When I went to complete my purchase I had to wait for the local gab-fest to end in order to pay. I'm not knocking them for that, but we all know how it is at a place like this. You're an outsider.
