I have dealt with this location twice since my initial check in. On both occasions I have great…read moreservice. Recently I had fallen ill and visited a nearby clinic. This location is literally a stone's throw away and a preferred pharmacy for me. After leaving the clinic I made my way over here to have my prescriptions filled. Both times I was given an estimated amount of time that it would take to fill the prescriptions. Enough time to putz around in the store or sit and wait in the small waiting area. That's the thing about filling a prescription, either you have time to do something or you don't. I get bored quickly if I have to wait, so I end up browsing through the store. I almost always end up finding something that I needed and that item being on sale. So that is a good way to kill time for me. Browse, purchase, take out to my car, come back in and by that time my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. Each time when I pick up the prescriptions I am asked if I have any questions about the medication and they make sure I know what I am getting. I just wish that they would keep my information up to date and I don't have to update it every single time I come to one of their pharmacies.

When I called corporate for a follow up the call center said CVS has a policy that they do not talk to customer or respond to complaints. I have moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Located a few blocks away from the still standing, empty store is this basically brand new location. Unlike the previous location, this one is sturdy. The last store shook with traffic passing by outside. This new location is bigger, brighter, and in my opinion in a better location. Ample parking if you have to drive here, even though you will pass several other Rite Aid locations to make your way downtown. It is more of a walking friendly store. Staff were friendly and ready to help. The one thing I can say a negative about is that they say that only one person can deal with passport photos. I find that this is a poor excuse and that any person that works the front of the store should be trained in taking an appropriate photo.

Only bad thing about this location is the location next to the traffic light. Nine times out of ten people will forget you can turn at the light and enter their parking lot and go through the light and attempt to enter while oncoming traffic are stopped at the light backing up traffic. There should be a no left turn. If you haven't already, join the Plenti program which includes Rite Aid, some good perks coming from that. Simple review for a simple store.
