I went into the store to purchase it and the man from behind the counter says that he couldn't sell me one roll because it was for the store. When I asked why would he have 8 or 9 rolls out in visible site where everyone could see from the door, he stated that it was to fill space on the Shelf but it was for the employees only despite being on the first shelf that you see in front of the store. I was very surprised with the horrible customer service and he still wouldn't even sell me just one as I'm actually starting to run out. I told him that he was lucky that someone rational like me didn't put up a big stink about it but you need to take these out of plain sight but please believe me I'm very upset about this. This is a small business and you get that level of care you'll never ever get at a chain store. I've walked I'm straight from surgery and waited less than ten mins. Always friendly and helpful, they have never once made a mistake or miscount in the 5 years or so I've gone there. Never that laziness when a call has to be made. There aren't many small pharmacies around anymore and that's sad. I have no choice but to go to a large chain now and I miss them alreafy.

I called with my client on two separate occasions to transfer their medication. The second time I called this employee said there was no record of my client in their system and put them in without asking for previous pharmacy information. The last time I called there was a bad connection and the employee hung up, understandably. I called back, they picked up, and hung up about 5 times. I paid them a face to face visit and in front of me was a woman that was fed up with the woman at the front desk because she was not getting her order correct. Whatever the incident I caught the last 10 minutes of a headache. I spoke to the pharmacist in charge who probably is really nice, but looked as though this was not the first complaint about the employee answering phones and seated up front attempting to distribute medications. As I explained to him that I would not like to refill my client's prescription and why I feel this way the employee that doesn't like their job chimed in with an attitude and nastily spewed "I said hello like 5 times and that it was a bad connection, nobody hung up on you." The pharmacist apologized and I acknowledged that the problem is clearly not him. If you want inconsistency, no medications, and attitude sign right up.

Their inventory is "on point" but someone from that pharmacy has stolen my medication or made a huge mistake. I don't believe this is the first time they've done it to me. I just think it's the first time I caught on. The owner mark, was respectful I guess but also just sadly inconsiderate & refuses to take accountability. I'm missing 30 pills from my script. It is a controlled substance, regardless I need my medication or i could have seizures due to not having it. I reported the pharmacy to the DEA , my insurance company is also filing with the DEA. If you use this pharmacy i suggest you find a new one before this one gets shut down. It's upsetting because I loved the little family owned business & small pharmacies. It's a shame I've been using this pharmacy for years and the quality and personable ability is just completely gone. Straight downhill past few months. It really is a shame. I will not be using this pharmacy again. EVER!! & as much as I'd hate to see a small family business go down , I'd hate to see someone else have to deal with this awful experience. There's no justification for messing with a persons medications who unfortunately have to depend on these medications to live a normal life. Some accountability and compassion would be nice! If I could give zero stars, I would. First, when we used Summit pharmacy in PA for compounding…read moremeds, they never charged a shipping fee and our daughters meds were never late. They sent them automatically without us having to call every month. Second, this pharmacy never has the medication done on time. This is our second month ordering and we gave them our credit card to pay the shipping fee. They never refilled it and sent it to us. When we call it says it's pending. The bottle even says it's expired on 3/5/26 and now we are out of the medicine and it hasn't even shipped yet! I had to call our prescriber to get the medicine in pills as our daughter can't be without this medicine. I would NOT use this pharmacy!
