Right now I am without a standard script because they didn't follow up on renewing and even though I had my doctor intervene 2 days ago, they still say it is "processing". This is the last straw and I am cancelling my account there as soon as I can get my script. Their drive thru is a big help for me as I have stage IV cancer and Iive near by BUT the frustration and aggravation is NOT worth it.

Actually at first they said DoorDash. I called Roadie and was told to contact cvs directly because they have to file the claim. I ended up having to call the 800 number and got the runaround.
