I've never experienced a slower pharmacy in all my years. This is the only logical explanation for picking up medications always taking forever. I am very sick and won't get my medication until tomorrow despite my prescription being put in early in the day. At least my blocked nose will prevent me from smelling the pharmacists stinky ass when I pick up.

I don't have 30+ minutes to wait around for my prescription with a bunch of frustrated, coughing people. I don't fault the staff for being curt or for not answering the phones, it feels like they're trying to man a clearly sinking ship. They desperately need more people but I'm sure whoever is in charge of that is greedy and out of touch. I will be switching to an online pharmacy and I suggest anyone who wants their prescription medications in a timely manner do the same. At this point, this Walgreens is just an eyesore hogging up prime real estate.

I literally took the tag off the shelf to show them. Instead of trying to calm down any problems the attitude I got was totally unexpectable. I am not used to being treated with such disregard. Today my son went in for vaccines- after waiting 20 minutes he was told he needed to go online to set the appointment - he went to his car- set the appointment (was in less than 10 minutes) - then he was told they are having trouble with our insurance (not sure why it's blue cross and blue shield) - after this I am done- I've transferred all our information to Walgreens. "Nicholas" said "no problem." So my wife goes there to pick up the money and this guy lied to her saying that I was supposed to drop the money off there. Which proves that you have to have a Go Pro or with a phone recording app to record every conversation in your life these days.

Too much drama? Me thinks maybe, but it makes for fun reading and gets you interested, yes? Anyway, this place is the pits. A cross between a pharmacy and a flea market, make sure to double check expiration dates on everything you buy. Nothing like walking out with a snack that expired last week! Yummers! Standing alone at the end of the dying three shop strip mall, the only reason this place stays around is because it's close to the Wawa. Let's face it - parking here can be a nightmare, and none of these shops have been renovated since they were built. Not enough to rate one star you say? Too harsh you exclaim! Well, say that after you get your prescription filled here. I dropped off two prescriptions noting they have a sign, right on the door of the pharmacy consultation area, that tells you they will match any competitor's price on prescriptions. I happily showed up with my Wegman's circular showing my meds should cost me all of $6, when good old Jackie tells me that sign doesn't apply in New Jersey! What?!? It doesn't say 'except NJ' in microtype anywhere on it as it is RIGHT THERE TO READ and I literally am pointing that fact out to her. On the sign. That is RIGHT THERE. She then states that the offer is only for people 65 and older, which is better than not applicable, but still a change from not at all, at which point I smell a rat. I press her on which is it, not at all or 65 and over, she shrugs, stating "I'm really not sure but either way there's no further discount on your medicine." I can't get my script back. I hate this place anyway (I only stopped because it was convenient when I ran in the Wawa for money the other day) so screw it, and her, I'll pay the extra and get on my way. I advise her that I have no intention of ever returning to this establishment as I consider the sign misleading and her attitude poor. She shrugs, stating "Yeah, I get yelled at a lot about that sign." Here's a hint Jackie - Take the freaking sign down if it doesn't apply. Better than getting sued for false advertising! Sheesh, I know, I can see that shrug all the way from here. Keep practicing it, so in the unemployment line when the attendant asks you why you are there, you can simply *shrug*

On my first visit to the pharmacy last month, I called ahead and told them what time I would be there. Upon arrival, my prescription was not ready and I had to wait 20 minutes for it when I had other things to do. This time around, yesterday, I was fine with waiting. When I walked up to the drop off window, the pharmacist instantly sighed in front of me. She didn't greet me. I said, "Hi" to her, which she barely acknowledged. I then told her I planned to run over to the Acme next door for some eggs and come back. She told me that wasn't possible (well, more like yelled), said I should have called ahead and that there would be an hour wait. At that point, I explained that CVS's company policy does not call for people having to wait an hour -- especially for a pill pack, like I was picking up. She told me she wouldn't guarantee anything and there was a whole slew of people in front of me (though no one was waiting.) After returning from Acme, I spoke with the manager on duty and then sat down in one of the waiting chairs. When the manager walked up to her, she instantly started bad-mouthing me. "What, did you get a complaint? Well. She could have called ahead!" I then walked up to her and calmly explained that I did not appreciate her treating me that way, that I understand being busy, but she is violating company policy and it's unnecessary to be so rude to a customer. I then thanked her for the warm welcome to Westmont. She said she'd fill it, looked in the computer, and almost instantly told me that they were out of the prescription. I needed it that day, so I drove through rush hour traffic to another CVS to pick it up. Couldn't she have told me from the get-go that they didn't have the pills? I have been a CVS customer for my entire life, but I can firmly say that I am transferring my business to Walgreens and I would not recommend anyone visit that pharmacy, lest they get verbally assaulted by a crabby woman who is supposed to be a professional.

Constant bad moods all over the place. Manager didn't even greet us or apologize for holding us up at the register while he did his own thing. Also, THE TRASH! We all make them, but they will not own up to it and become very defensive. If you even question them they're very miserable and they're not afraid to show it. I use the term 'they' because I had 4 horrible experiences with assistants. I will never go back
