I really feel in my heart something is wrong with the gas at this location, last year I had a problem where my car turned off using the gas here and I changed my entire fuel system, fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel pressure sensor everything, and I went back here everytime I get gas here my car acts weird and it goes away when I go to other Wawa locations, I think something is wrong with the gas here and I've been trying to keep it to myself but something is wrong with the gas at this location someone needs to check it because I'm a self mechanic and while getting gas here last night I seen someone stuck at the pump I'm starting to think something fishy is going on at this location because there's always tow trucks near by either the ppl at the pump are into some line of private business with the towing ppl and they making money on the hush because Wawa ain't paying enough but I'm letting everyone know now if there's cars constantly getting stuck at this location something is wrong and someone needs to investigate it!! I don't even like for my gas to get pumped because you can't trust people especially when you broke and all you got is one car and you take care of it! I've been going to Wawa for the better part of 20 years, and I believe I'm finally done. The Mount Ephraim location is the last stop I'll make for anything besides coffee. The past 4 times I've been here or the Runnemede location (I live a mile down the road), my sandwich order has not been made properly. I order a chicken salad sandwich, I get a tuna salad. I order a chicken cheesesteak with hot peppers, I receive a cheesesteak with jalepenos. I order an italian with bacon, no bacon is added. I order a sandwich on rye toast, I get it on wheat bread. It honestly does not matter which store I go to - Mt Ephraim, Runnemede, Audubon, or Glassboro, there is always something wrong with my order. It sounds like an exaggeration but it's the honest truth - and this is coming from a "shut up and eat it" kind of guy who never sends food back or complains. But the consistency in which my order is wrong is comical at this point. The fact that this tends to happen at so many stores I frequent either tells me its a massive training failure or there is an issue with their ordering/ticketing system that their employees cannot decipher properly. I remember when Wawa made excellent sandwiches - Hoagiefest was a great time of year and something to look forward to - and they were ALWAYS consistent. But, things changed over the past 15-20 years. From my point of view/vantage point, it seems the overall quality of their food and service has dropped dramatically when they started pushing more SuperWawa's and further dropped when they moved into pre-made dinners and started expanding their Make-To-Order dishes to include burgers, salads, briskets, etc. Wawa used to be a place that I could rely on to have a guaranteed solid sandwich or fallback meal if I couldn't figure out anything to eat. We don't have Wawa's in California. This place is like a 7 eleven on steroids! It is a gas station, convenient store with a large selection of food and drinks, and a mini deli shop! You can order on an iPad with a fast outcome of food. They have hogares, sándwiches, Mac and cheese (you can choose from multiple flavors! Like garlic aoli), and shakes. I wanted to (sarcastically) thank the Mount Ephraim, NJ Wawa for helping me make the decision to eat better and at home. I went to the store this morning around 730AM and ordered a breakfast hoagie and burrito. Mark was in the sandwich area and was handling food WITHOUT a mask on! He had his mask on his chin, not covering his nose or mouth. He was the only employee I saw without a mask on AND HANDLING FOOD INGREDIENTS!!!! I will not be purchasing prepared food at any WAWA again because it is obvious that they do not enforce health protocols and is willing to potentially let one of their employees expose the public to COVID19. When mentioning Wawa, don't ever let anybody get away with saying "what's the big deal, it's just a convenience store." If you're a champion of Wawa you know what I mean. Just don't let them go there. Alright, technically they are a convenience store BUT they offer SO MUCH more. Whether it's any junk food staple you can think of (particularly the famous Tastycakes), fountain soda, coffee, fresh brewed iced tea, ice cream, soft dough pretzels, brownies or milkshakes they have it all. The biggest highlight for me is the fresh made hoagies. Believe me, these are better than just about all of the usual chain sandwich suspects, which is what these subs should be compared with. Again, I say, better than all of the chains. We're talking fresh ingredients, made to order off an ordering touch screen kiosk where YOU enter how you want your sandwich. In about five minutes the sandwich is ready. Perfect. I think the soft hoagie roll is really what sets these subs apart from the competition. My personal go-to is the Italian. And as a bonus, during the annual summer Hoagiefest, the prices are discounted by about a dollar. You can get the Shorti size for a small snack or the 10 inch size for a meal. The meats, cheese and toppings are plentiful so you will not leave hungry. There used to be Wawas in Connecticut many years ago and yes, I'm jealous that we don't have them here any longer. They weren't like this back in the day, though. Most of the stores now on the east coast are super Wawas complete with plenty of food and drink inventory, newspapers and a gas station. So any time I am traveling on the east coast I stop as many times as I can. What great thing can be said about Wawa that hasn't already been said? I'll end with this: no matter the location you stop at, the experience will be the same. And that means excellent! read more

This is always my go-to Wawa, less than a mile from my house. Probably one of the only places around (besides McDonald's) that is open 24/7. Gas is open 24/7 as well. All the food is the same in Wawa to me, but it is a pretty big store compared to other ones around the area I've been to. I love WaWa, but I think management in this store stinks. They are consistently out of things. Almost two weeks ago I wanted a frozen cappuccino. It had been removed from the ordering menu. When I asked they said they didn't have the base product needed to make it. They promised to have it that night. A week later I went back and it still wasn't on the ordering menu. They said it was a shortage due to the hurricane (Irene). All other WaWa stores in the area had the product and were selling it. Today I went in and ordered a meatball sandwich. Gas prices are always competitive or cheaper here. The station attendants are friendly. After you hand them your credit card, they swipe it and immediately hand it back to you. This is a plus to me, other gas stations will keep your card in the slot the entire time while pumping the gas (feels less secure). They offer free air to fill-up your tires. The associates inside the store have always been friendly. The store looks clean. They are open 24x7. I am a fan, no complaints for this location. read more

We visit this Wawa quite frequently. The gas prices are always phenomenal, every staff member we've ever encountered is so friendly and welcoming, and the store is always very clean. My boyfriend and I have gotten many meals here, whether it be sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. When we order from the touch screens, the staff is very efficient and timely when it comes to getting our orders ready. Our orders are always made exactly how we've specified, and we've never had a problem with the quality of the food. They have never messed up our orders, either.
