We stayed on opposite sides and maintained 6 feet+ of distance. The receptionist was friendly upon entry. Once taken back, I was instructed to have a mouth rinse and peroxide rinse to help remove any potential bacteria. Both the hygenist and the dentist wore masks the entire time. It was so clean and everyone was so friendly. I'm glad to have found a new dentist walking distance to my house.

She said anything beyond 10 minutes late has to be rescheduled. Understandable, but I was only 5 minutes late... Also, my initial appointment was scheduled for 3pm and they changed it to 2:45 pm without even giving a courtesy call to confirm the new time was ok. They just sent an automated text with the new appointment time. I left work early and had a bit of a drive to go there. The girl on the phone also had an attitude. I'm sure the services they provide are probably great but this whole experience totally turned me off from being a client there. They need to treat their customers better.

Not once was I asked if I needed any help even though I was acknowledged that I was there by 1 or 2 girls with a slit, "Hi". I think I saw 3 different people working. What surprised me the most, in regards to their lack of customer service, was that when I got to the cash register to pay, I waited well over a minute for someone to come over & charge me for my items. (I purposely just waited so I could time it since I was not in a hurry.) Now, I understand the store was not busy but I think that was unacceptable. I will say that when someone finally came, she was quick & decent. Perhaps they need 1 person always doing the stocking in the front, while being able to keep an eye on the register once a person is there. There really is no excuse for that lack of preparation. I noticed that they have a buzzer once the front door is opened alerting them when a customer walks in. So they knew I was there. I think that once that happens, stop what you are doing, welcome the customer, ask them if they need any help, help them if needed & make sure someone is on the register always. To me that's common sense but common sense is not so common these days. I'll be back because they are the only ones that carry what I needed but I hope they get a little better CSR training.
