This is a pretty standard CVS, but it's location is very convenient in respect to my parents condo when I'm out that way and it's 24 hours if I'm burning the midnight oil. They have a bunch of household essentials. They didn't have lock de-icer when I really needed it last month but I won't hold it against them too much. There were another couple of places that didn't have it either. That walk was brutal but eventually I got some and got back into my car and that's another story anyway. Service has always been decent, it's not too hard to get someone up at the register who seems decently awake and aware in the wee hours when I tend to roll in to grab a few things. And what do you know, it's terribly late right now and I'm out of stuff to write here. Whoever writes that sixth review can you do me a favor and message me on here? I've been living in the area for about 20 years, which means I've been here hundreds of times. As with any Rite Aid, you'll find a good selection of just about everything here. It's usually a little bit more than you would pay at a supermarket, but you do pay for the convenience. With their wellness+ plan, you can save up to 20%, so the prices do end up becoming very competitive. You have to spend a fair amount to get that discount, although the cost of your pharmaceuticals definitely gets you to that threshold quickly. I have to say, this is the first time I am doing a review in response to other peoples reviews. I think the common element here is that people are expecting happy, bright, cheerful people every time they come in to have their pharmaceutical needs tended to. Some people here are like that, but others might take a while to warm up to. You know, just like people in any profession. I actually like every person that works at Rite Aid, from the pharmaceutical staff to the cashiers. Andy is a good guy, even if he may not come across that way when you first meet him. I guess after you've seen someone a few hundred times, you start to get used to the personality a bit. I can understand being upset when someone at a pharmacy makes a mistake, but here's a crazy idea: tell them about the mistake so they can fix it! My daughter has a brain tumor, and she's had so many medications I can't even count. In all these years, I think they only made one mistake, and it was a minor one. So, if you really want to take your business elsewhere because the people here didn't kiss your butt sufficiently, that's your business. I totally trust my family's health being in the hands of these pharmacists. That's all that matters to me.

I gotta give a special shoutout to the GM. My wife sent me in with a laundry list of women's products to buy (and a few product pics). He noticed I was dazed and confused and approached me to see if I needed help. I guess it was pretty obvious cause he laterally took the list and my phone and told me to grab a basket and meet him in aisle whatever. He even had me text my wife for clarification a few times. There's not a lot, or enough, above and beyond these days but he provided me a shopping experience I will never forget.

Lots of sales on those name brand waters core and life water. The store is really clean and organized. The bathrooms were okay compared to other Walgreens and CVS stores I have been to. While this is true, it most certainly isn't why I'm giving this location two stars. When I first walked in, I was greeted not by a person or a smiling face but by a rather unpleasant odor. It hits you as soon as you walk in. No one "welcomed me to Rite Aid" as done by employees at other locations. Even during the checkout process the woman behind the counter just looked past my smiling face with more of a "I really don't wish to be here right now" type of attitude. I smiled and tried to engage in light check-out type conversation and her replies were just as bland as the expression on her face. I figured this was just this one ladies personality so I decided to wait to yelp after checking out this rite aid another time..... well... same lack as enthusiasm as the previous woman. In fact, this one would not even reply back. I asked her if it was time for me to swipe my Rite Aid card and said go ahead. I went to swipe and nothing happened. I looked at her and she stood their expressionless... i swiped again when she looked over just to amuse her and then stated.... "I think you have to scan this" to which she replied... oh I thought you were paying. In my head I was like "if you had been listening I specifically asked about my wellness card" smh but ‍ not everyone is suited for customer service positions. The very last time, I decided to check out the drive thru pharmacy. Even the older lady there was not too friendly. I'm not exactly sure how these people end up with jobs in this industry who aren't suited for their positions but I'm thinking it may be the atmosphere there in general. I stopped by this location 3 separate times, three separate days and averaged my experiences. I would NOT recommend this particular Rite Aid location.

He looked at me countless times. I didn't see his name tag otherwise would refer to him by name. Why was I made to wait there?? Finally I went to the "pick up" end to drop my script off that took 10 seconds. Sorry he was to busy to help me for a 10 whopping seconds.
