I asked him to transfer a medication from another pharmacy here, and when he called them at peak hours at 5 pm and had to wait 20 minutes on hold, he angrily called me and told me that he "doesn't have any more time to give them, have them call me," which is illegal and as a pharmacist he knows that is NOT how medication transfers go. He as the receiving pharmacist MUST call THEM. He is not exempt from the law. Must be nice to be a white male and expect people to bend over backwards for you during rush hour. Guess what - for those of us who aren't in that demographic, people DON'T do that for us, so we actually have to try over and over and over for results. He gave up on me as a patient after 20 minutes. Shame on him. I had high hopes for this pharmacy.

It was a seamless process. The CVS closest to me used to give vaccines, but, according to the Doc, they no longer do which was why I had to come to this store. When I arrived I was surprised by the Minute Clinic space. It's set up similar to the waiting area in a doctors office. It was clean, bright, and welcoming. There was one other woman waiting and we both assumed the doctor was with somebody. I waited approximately 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time when she came out with her previous appointment. The woman ahead of me just needed to have her TB test read so she was in & out. Once in the office, everything was explained. The prices for the vaccines were posted on the cabinet. You can schedule regular vaccines (like the flu & COVID), which is what I received. But it is also a Travel Clinic for vaccines needed to travel abroad such as yellow fever, typhoid, etc. I had planned to get a few vaccines, but once I saw the prices..... OUCH! I opted to visit my local VA Hospital where I was able to get them there. She was efficient and my visit wasn't long. Everything she needed was in that space. I was however, surprised that most of the store items were locked behind glass/plexiglass. It was my first time seeing this in a CVS. My only guess is that they've experienced a lot of shoplifting, even though this area didn't seem to fit that description (in my opinion, but I don't live here). I'm down with the Minute Clinic. When you need that prescription and cannot wait, send the script here. They are efficient and will have your Rx ready in 2 hours or less. They do not market ETA but that has been my experience. You have to check in at the front desk. The pharmacy is directly behind the front desk. You can walk left or right after you get your wristband and simply walk around the rear of the registration desk. If you need a reliable pharmacy that does not close, go here. I've picked up Rx at 2:30 am from here, you will never be without your Rx when you need it.

This store was closed on New Years Day (fair enough) so I had to use CVS. When I needed another round of antibiotics a week later, I made sure my doctor sent the script here. The medicine was ready when I arrived about an hour later. There was no line and they had two ladies at the registers. They were friendly and efficient but didn't try to waste my time - exactly what you want when you are sick and exhausted! They even saved me money on a prescription toothpaste that I'd been buying from my dentist for years ($12 vs $5).

It's been by necessity since Teeter won't take my insurance, and CVS left the neighborhood. The staff is rude, and I've had issues with one of my prescriptions multiple times over the last few months. Although the pharmacist has been nicer about trying to help me, it's only after I call that I even know there's an issue. Several times, they haven't bothered to call me to tell me that they were having problems getting my prescription. I had to go there after the horrible storm we had a few months ago, and now I need to go out of my way to pick up my prescription today b/c it took them so long to get it, and they won't deliver it today.
