Very busy place to be! I really enjoyed their black raspberry ice cream! I do wish they had more seating but overall a good experience.

I'm not a fan of their soft serve. It's more like ice milk than ice cream. Go to The Generals in Whitehouse. It's worth the drive.

Always good ice cream and good service. Owner is on premises every single day and has top rating from health department.

Speakers were ridiculously loud. Out of curiosity, I pulled out my phone decibel monitor and it was recording ranging from 85db to 119db consistantly and we were at a table furthest from the speakers! The place was about 3/4 full. Busy, but not ridiculous. The waitress checked on promptly and brought us our drinks (water), but we asked for a bit more time to look at the menu. We didn't see her again for 35 minutes, when my wife crossed the room and asked her to take our order. She admitted she had forgot about us. We ordered a salad and a sandwich. No sight of our waitress for another 30 minutes. She apologized and said it was a hectic night. She came back and brought us more water, aplogized again, thanked us for our patience, told us we would be compensated for the delay and shared that a cook had quit on them that night and another had called in sick. She could not tell us how long, but when asked if it would be more than another 15 minutes, she said our food was currently being made and it would be out in less time than that. 20 minutes later, no sign of our waitress or food and so we left. At that time, the restaurant was less than 1/2 full. A very disappointing evening out.

Owners are cheaping out by not preparing enough of what's supposed to be their signature draw, barbecue meats. Coffee "creamer" is powdered. This place gets at least 1star for our server, she was prompt, friendly and unfortunately, resigned to management's decisions. This place used to do decent steaks and burgers. Now, it's $20 12-inch pizzas ... No thanks, there are plenty of mediocre places closer and cheaper with plentiful and quality ingredients to visit.

The Log Cabin Tavern is modest in outer appearance, inside is a bright, clean and very attractive interior. Stained glass accents, tables well made, bright lighting makes for a very pleasant experience. Our good was wonderful, we started with fried green beans, crispy and tasty, I tried their American burger, two delicious patties with all the toppings you might wand and fantastic fries, my wife had the Brisket Gyro, nicely seasoned, peppery with a creamy tzatziki sauce. They have a nice pizza oven and we saw several mouth watering pizzas being served, we plan on returning soon to try one, our server Emma was very nice, we recommend 100%. Give them a try !

We were informed they were out of pizza and filet. A slight bummer as one of the reasons I decided to go was for the pickle bread I saw online. We ordered some cheese logs (we figured they were large gooey cheese sticks given the name "logs" but it was more of a nod to the restaurant name as they were just run of the mill cheese sticks). From there things went mediocre. Service got slower, food coming out got slower, drink refills got slower....there appeared to be some waiter issues (we had time to people watch) but couldn't exactly tell what was going on. Our waitress was extremely busy, but it didn't seem the others were. Food was ok. I had the SOB chicken wrap and my husband had chicken chunks. The wrap was good but I would probably get something different should we find ourselves there again. The chicken chunks looked tiny but my husband said they were good. All in all, would we go again....yes, someday.

Upon entering you're in a comfortable pub/bar with comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted quickly and seated ourselves. The menu was small but interesting, several grinders, salads and pizza are on offer. We didn't drink so we can't comment on the beer selection, but I saw another patron with a beef flight. I ordered the Havana Dipper : a Cuban type sandwich with chicken, ham red peppers served with a spicy mustard aioli dip.. it was FANTASTIC, one of the best sandwiches I have ever had.. Recommend 100%.. my wife had the Mediterranean Salad, she loved it nut would suggest some Feta cheese and less olives, but she says it was very tasty. We plan on coming back soon

Then came the food. My husband started with the $16 wings. For $16, I was expecting some pretty impressive wings. Instead, they were tiny and honestly looked like they had taken a quick detour through a gas station hot case before arriving at our table. Definitely not what I expected for the price. We ordered a 14-inch Italian pizza on thin crust, and to be fair, the pizza was good. Was it $26 good? That's debatable. Especially since there are NO PRICES on the menu. When the bill came, it showed $15 for the thin-crust pizza and then another $11 charge for "Italian." Apparently toppings come with a plot twist. It would be nice to know you're ordering a $26 pizza before you eat it. The building itself could also use some love. The outside facade is begging for a date with a power washer, and the inside could definitely benefit from a good deep cleaning. There was noticeable dust and cobwebs, and nearly every table around us had napkins shoved underneath the legs to keep them from wobbling. At some point, the napkins deserve to be put back on the tables and the tables deserve to be fixed. Overall, it feels like this was probably a really cool place once and still has the bones to be one. The live music was enjoyable, the pizza tasted good, and there was a nice crowd. But when you're charging $16 for tiny wings and $26 for a 14-inch pizza, the food, cleanliness, maintenance, and transparency with pricing need to match. A power washer, a deep clean, a screwdriver, and some prices on the menu would go a long way.
