After spending most of the day walking inside the historic Castle Sant'Angelo, learning about its history, and exploring every corner, we stopped here for a late lunch, early dinner. As it happened, it was during their Happy Hour, so when we ordered drinks, we also received a plate with a few pieces of bread topped with a delicious olive spread on one, chopped tomatoes on another, and arugula on all! It was a very good starter. We then ordered a Caprese salad, and for the main course, we had grilled chicken and ravioli. Our server was very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the drinks hit the spot! I must say that the chicken was well-prepared and flavorful. It was a nice change from pizza for us after having too many everywhere we went! We sat outside to enjoy the nice weather, but I went inside before the food arrived to check the indoor seating area, which was very nice as well. read more
