My friends and I love this place. Every time we come we wonder why don't more people know about it…read more It's a unique place in town that specializes in wine and bites to pair with all the various choices. I love the atmosphere as it's fancy enough for wine and cheese but not stuck up or snobbish as one may expect. The service here is always exceptional and the server is very attentive. For the wine I do enjoy a good white wine here, and I usually get a charcuterie board to go with it. One star off only because it's a little bit expensive and also you have to choose between ordering two cheeses and two meats or three and you can't order just one meat and one cheese. Or like single order the cheese and meats. If I drink I'm going to eat but sometimes I just want something small as my snack. Anyways wine is great here. They also do classes occasionally which I would love to attend one one day.

When we entered we were welcomed by a staff and was able to sit anywhere we like. The atmosphere was very nice, there were only a few other people there so it was a quiet night. I did make a reservation thinking it was going to be busy however we were 3 of the 10people there. I enjoyed myself and the wine was good we also order a 3 cheese 3 meat charcuterie board. We had to order extra bread for our bored. Will consider returning, I would sit at the bar as our server took a while to notice we needed something. I did wave and look back at them behind the bar however their back was turned and of course the guy facing me just ignored me ‍ (or can't see).

I have to start this review with something completely out of character for me: I did not take a…read moresingle picture of my food. And if you know me, you know that is almost unheard of. I am an avid food lover, and I photograph just about every beautiful dish placed in front of me. But Cork & Flame was different. From the moment we walked through the doors, the experience was so exceptional and immersive that, for once, I simply forgot about the camera. I was too busy being present and enjoying every moment. We were immediately greeted by smiling hostesses who congratulated us on our anniversary. While we waited to be seated, we were presented with two beautiful flutes of champagne,- a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for what was to come. We were also presented with the most thoughtful Happy Anniversary card signed by the staff. Once seated, we were welcomed by an incredible team, but our waitress was truly in a class of her own. I have never encountered service quite like hers. Her knowledge of the menu was exceptional, and every detail of the evening felt intentional. The way she guided us through our selections and thoughtfully presented each course made something as simple as ordering dinner feel like part of a carefully choreographed work of art. We began with an amuse-bouche, and even the experience surrounding it was remarkable. Before enjoying it, we were presented with the most thoughtfully prepared Japanese hand wipes, delicately infused with yuzu and hydrated right before us in the most discreet and elegant fashion. It was such a small detail, but one we never knew we needed until we experienced it. It was the kind of thoughtful touch that made the entire evening feel so carefully considered. Then came the beef and onion empanadas, and they were absolutely out of this world, beautifully prepared and exploding with layers of exciting flavor. Alongside them came a beautiful board of crunchy, delicious bread paired with the lightest, fluffiest butter I have ever experienced. The butter itself was infused with a subtle smoky flavor and was unlike anything I have ever tasted. Somehow, even something as simple as bread and butter felt completely elevated and memorable. For our entrées, we were once again completely blown away. My husband had the lobster gnocchi, bursting with incredible flavors of lobster and chorizo, perfectly balanced and beautifully finished. My entrée was the chef's special by ,Chef Gaston, a breathtaking rosemary infused skirt steak served with whipped potatoes and creamed spinach. It arrived beneath a beautiful dome that preserved the aromatic smoke until it was lifted tableside in front of me. It wasn't simply dinner; it was a presentation, an aroma, a moment, and an experience all at once. And then came dessert, which somehow managed to continue the perfection of the evening. My husband enjoyed an incredibly decadent yet surprisingly light dessert accompanied by an assortment of unforgettable dips, including a pineapple dip unlike anything we had ever experienced. I opted for a refreshing and beautifully light Limoncello tiramisu, and once again, every element was executed flawlessly. From the food to the presentation, the service to the smallest details, everything was truly top tier. There was such a level of care and intention behind everything we experienced that it made the entire evening feel incredibly special. It wasn't just a meal--it was an experience thoughtfully designed from beginning to end. Cork & Flame doesn't simply serve a meal--it creates an experience. It feels like stepping into another world, almost like taking a culinary journey without ever leaving your table. Every course tells a story, every detail has a purpose, and every member of the staff seems genuinely invested in making your experience extraordinary. I would recommend Cork & Flame a million times over--not just for the food, but for the entire experience. If you appreciate culinary artistry, exceptional service, thoughtful details, and a restaurant that genuinely cares about creating a memorable evening, this is somewhere you absolutely need to experience. And honestly, the fact that I have no pictures to show you might be the greatest compliment I can give. For once, I didn't need my camera. I just needed to be present for one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had.

We started with the charcuterie board, and it was absolutely delicious -- a beautiful spread with a great variety of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. Juicy, full of flavor, and served with crispy fries that disappeared fast. To top it all off, they surprised us with a birthday dessert that truly made the night extra special. The presentation was fun and festive, and everything tasted amazing. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was just right. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I was greeted right away when I walked in, took a look at the menu, and planned on getting a pizza. Then I noticed they had Birria Ravioli on the menu -- that definitely caught my attention, so I had to give it a try. The food was really good. The pizza didn't have a heavy amount of sauce. You could see it if you looked for it -- some people might say it could use more, others might say it was just enough. I personally didn't have any complaints, but I am curious what it would taste like with just a little more sauce, just to compare. The Birria Ravioli was impressive. Really flavorful and something different from the usual Italian menu items -- I'm glad I tried it.
