The turtles are 2.50 each, for 2 it should have been about 6 dollars. I paid with a 20, received only 5 dollars back in 1 dollar bills. I trusted him, didn't count my change because I have never had issues. It was wrapped with the receipt, put it in my wallet and went on my way. The reason I noticed is because i was gonna use the change to tip the waiter at the restaurant. That's how i noticed i did t receive the correct change. I hate to write this but i am absolutely positive i was given the wrong change. Could it have been an accident? Possibly but it didn't sit well with me. As cute as the store is, we will not be back.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by America, and she made the entire experience so much easier. She helped us calculate our measurements and figure out exactly how many boxes of each tile we needed. On top of that, she took the time to help us choose the right grout and rebar color to match everything. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful she was throughout the process. I have never experienced that level of customer service at Floor and Decor before. She truly made a difference in our visit.

She was very disrespectful to me and inconsiderate because she didn't care about resolving the issue about the water bottle. I left the store feeling frustrated and not getting my needs met. Do not go to this store because the manager doesn't care about customers or understand what customer service entails.
