I went here last year and we totally loved it..the location is perfect because it's right on the beach and then there's the outside so you can go outside while you're waiting for your food however I'm not quite sure where all these hidden fees came from. They require your credit card up front which is fine, then you get a server fee, and you get a service fee we were not told about the service fee. We were also not told up front that the kids fries didn't come with it and she made it sound like it just came with it because she said fries but didn't offer the other option which was chips. She was a fine server but it was just little disappointing all the fees at the end and they didn't nothing for birthday other than say it which I don't expect them to sing but maybe just a little something. However the food is really good especially the cowboy chicken sandwich I got with the onion rings and the sauce on the side. My mom got the fish and chips but did not think they were as good as last year. My boys got mac and cheese but they did not like it because it had like a bunch of cheese on top that wasn't like mixed into it. Lukewarm, with cheese so unmelted it might as well have been straight from the fridge. Pure incompetence. The New England clam chowder was an abomination--flavorless, devoid of clams or potatoes, and tasting like the dregs of a dollar-store can left to rot in a warehouse. My son's chicken Caesar wrap was a soggy, inedible mess, swimming in dressing like it was trying to drown itself, paired with kettle potato chips so stale they could've been dug out of a landfill. The waitress had the audacity to open with a smug announcement about their automatic 15% gratuity--because clearly, they know no one in their right mind would tip for this pathetic excuse of a dining experience. And the ambiance? A complete assault on the senses. Country music blared inside, but it was obliterated by the ear-splitting roar of motorcycles tearing up and down the strip. With every window flung open, we were forced to choke on a thick cloud of exhaust fumes for an hour--delightful. As if that wasn't enough, outside was a brain-dead contest of morons cranking their vehicle stereos to apocalyptic levels, with 20 different songs blasting simultaneously in a cacophony so obnoxious it could make your ears bleed. While on vacation, my family and myself was really looking forward to dinner here because of how beautiful the restaurant is. We had a group of 2 adults, 2 teens, and a toddler. The lady seating us was super nice. Once we were seated, our waitress came over and informed us that she needed one of our debit cards to put a hold on and that there was a 15% gratuity automatically added to the bill once we began to order. Okay, not an issue. The issue with the gratuity being added automatically is that it shows waiters/waitresses that they do not actually have to be kind to their customers as they will be getting their tip no matter how they treat the customers. This is what happened in our case. Waters were brought out and we werent particularly interested in the waters so we didnt want to take up the room on the table esp with the possibility of the toddler knocking them over so we turned them down. Waitress didnt seem to like. Apologies were made. Onto ordering finally....everything seemed to go well until we get to my toddler. I wanted noodles for him but wanted for them to be plain. Waitress said they had to at least have butter on them. I once again asked could they please just be plain as my toddler is autistic and it would be all he would eat, I didnt have a problem at all paying the full price. I wasnt asking for a discount, just plain noodles. No, noodles had to have butter or I couldnt order them. I was disappointed in the lack of accommodation for the simplest thing. Yes, we did order the noodles with the butter which said toddler refused to eat and ended up not eating anything with the rest of us. Loved this place!!! What a vibe!! We had the best lunch. Our waitress Taylor was a gem. I'm a little picky eater (although I may not look it) and I really wanted a buffalo chicken wrap. So I was able to sub a few things on the coconut chicken wrap which was phenomenal. I bet in the summer this place is really fun right on the beach. The drinks are in a very large cup which we had refilled and put a lid on for our ride back home. We went on the rooftop for some pictures as well. Looking for a spot in more southern Myrtle for a lunch with a view? Want a good selection of beer? Well guess what?! Here it is. When we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff that offered us a table on the 3rd floor to be able to enjoy the view overlooking the beach. Once we were settled, we order some cold local beers to keep us refreshed in the sunny day. Next up the food. It did have a slight delay but absolutely worth it. The surf and turf burger was a first for me, a juicy beef patty topped with real crab meat that had the perfect combo of land and sea. I would definitely order this again. Also pictured are the buttery lobster dogs and one of the wraps available to order. Everything came out full of flavor and fed our hungry bellies to the top.
