Was moving several hours north after selling house due to husbands sudden death…read more 24/7 was the only moving company i contacted who actually gave me a quote online. all the rest wanted more info or gave reasons why it would cost more to move. Booked 24/7 to do the work. They showed up on the scheduled day about 8:30 am and we did a walk thru, showing them what was going and what was not. moving from a 4 bdrm to a 2 bdrm takes some downsizing. They started right in, wrapping, filling boxes and moving them out to the truck. Taking apart the furniture that needed it and moving it out to the truck. They are definitely good at their job. It took them till 10:30 at night to get it all packed and stowed in the truck. They were prompt on delivery day too. Showed up at 9 am . started unloading and putting together furniture and placing it where requested. Took till 4pm before they were finished with their part of unpacking . Great job! I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, polite and very good at their job.

Honestly, it got worse from there. The two movers were very slow and you pay by the hour. I started loading and unloading stuff myself. I even unwrapped and moved furniture myself (ending up cracking my Apple Watch screen in the process). They movers left behind a ton of stuff at my old place. It has taken me at least 15 trips in my Honda Civic to get it all. They took my desk but left behind my desk chair, so I had to beast that myself. They left behind my big, heavy bike rack and I had to move it in my car, cracking the center console in the process (the car is brand new). I've called multiple times to try and get some money back but I paid in cash. They got my money so I'm SOL. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Very shady practices, too. They are definitely not insured. I feel so bad for the guy who ended up in the ER. He will definitely be covering that himself (the other movers confirmed this). They didn't have me sign any paperwork beforehand. They didn't check the time or anything. Just a Docusign at the end. They should call themselves D- Movers. It's way more accurate. I move often and this is by far the worst moving experience of my life.

I wasn't going to mention this, because the owner gave me a refund on part of the charges, but now that the owner has called me a liar, all deals are off. Without asking my permission, one of their workers used my toilet and clogged it with poop and they just walked away from it. I couldn't get a plumber for three days so that man's poop stayed in my toilet for three days offgassing into my bathroom. Coronavirus is highly transmissible through feces but they don't care about their clients enough to train their workers in common manners. When the owner called me a liar, that was the icing on the cake. He doesn't mention what would prompt me to waste my time by making a false review for a company I know nothing about iand I've never dealt with. I guess it is too much to ask him to stand up like a man and admit his faults. My crew was headed by Chris and here are pictures that shame the owner.

I even received a reminder text the morning of the move confirming the same time. By 9:30 AM on moving day, no movers had arrived and I hadn't received any communication about delays. I called the office, and the representative seemed unsure of what was going on but said she would call me back. About five minutes later, I received a call from the driver stating they had never received my appointment and were already on their way to Los Angeles -- nowhere near where I live. He then told me they could get to my place at 4:00 PM. My move was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I had taken the day off for this, so this was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. Thankfully, I was able to find another company last minute for the same price, and I'm so glad I did. Afterward, I looked up more reviews for 365 Days Labor and realized that many others had similar negative experiences. I would definitely not recommend this company. In fact, I would strongly advise you to steer clear.

When I came across this company 365 Day Labor Movers, they were quick on a quote response, great availability during the holidays and reasonable pricing. I took their quote and booked. They were available 8am the day after Christmas so we were super excited they worked with the schedule we needed and had availability. I did request a 17 foot truck minimum as I had previously moved with the same amount of items and I knew that's what we needed. They did show up with a smaller truck because the larger was taken for another job that morning, but they were super cool and we made it work with a few adjustments and were offered two trips if we couldn't make it in one. The two guys were quick, accommodating, great pricing, professional, clean and time efficient with their work. I would highly recommend them for any moving service. I'll definitely be using them again for my upcoming move.

The furniture was only a small dresser, a small TV, 8 pieces of artwork, and 6 boxes. The moving squad was willing to work with me and actually saved me well over $100. You have the option of taking a photo of the item(s) you are planning to get rid of. The day of the appointment, I messaged Fred to ask him if he needed me to be awake for the pickup. I had just worked a 12 hour shift the previous night and was exhausted. He replied very quickly to my text. He was prompt in his reply, friendly and he assured me he would take care of it and be as quiet as possible. I thanked him and arranged payment. You can pay by credit card, Venmo or cash... multiple methods of payment is so convenient. I Venmo'd him my payment and went to sleep. I did some searching and, after visiting this location, I was not let down. This recycling business is located in the heart of the industrial area of Chula Vista on Main Street. The location is simple to get to and the entrance is not complicated. The owners definitely run a tight ship operation and work so efficiently. I have yet to encounter a long wait time either since I have started to visit. The business pays out very friendly returns for glass, plastic and aluminum items. The customer service is impeccable and welcoming. Also, the set up in the parking lot is very organized. The area where the customers obtain the baskets and trash cans to start filling up their recyclables has an easy access, and there are plenty of barrels to go around. The parking lot is shared with other businesses in the vicinity, however, I guarantee that you will not be parking far away or complaining about the lot being crowded. Furthermore, if you receive the Clipp coupon booklet, look inside for their totally wicked offers! I always clip it and hand it to the employee, physically (I believe that may be the only method.) Lastly, I did see a Yelp! badge located at their front window cashier area that indicated they were the best reviewed Recycling Center too!

I could not recommend Ricks moving company enough! Even from the initial phone call, I knew I made the right choice, when Rick was brainstorming ways to help me save money with this move. I had a really big move (4 bedroom house) and when Rick and his team showed up, I had way more stuff than I originally thought, and I didn't finish packing. The place was honestly a disaster on moving day. (husband deployed and moving alone with a baby and toddler got the best of me). Rick and his team got right to work and still tried to get the move done as quick as possible! The guys were literally all sweating through their clothes by the end of the day. Rick even came back the next week to set up my trampoline and help move some furniture around! I was with the guys for 9 hours during this move and they were all so professional and fun! I highly recommend Riptide Moving and Delivery. They are budget conscious as well as workaholics! I'm in real estate, so I see many different companies in action, this group however, is by far my personal favorite! Rick and his team were a pleasure to work with. The team arrived early, got to work immediately. Everyone was respectful and friendly. Good trustworthy group, I felt comfortable allowing them unsupervised access to our home. They even stayed to help move 1000 sqft of hardwood flooring up to the 5th level of our complex. No hesitation, happy to do it with smiles on their faces! Not one complaint! These guys had to park on at the top of an incline, up from the garage access, then had to go back up 5 levels to the condo entrance and back down to the lower level in the condo! Had a fantastic experience with Riptide. Rick was helpful and professional on the phone when I called to get information and schedule my move from a 2bd/2ba condo in Imperial Beach to a home in La Mesa. Rick's crew arrived punctually (even a little early!) as planned on moving day. Paul lead the crew and was incredibly diligent, courteous and communicative. I had a full house of items to move but this crew was stellar and worked consistently throughout the day to get the job done. I had Rick help with a local furniture move and he was terrific! I love that he showed up on time, handled my items and my space with care, even helping look for a missing caster! We didn't find it, but he had a good suggestion for a temporary fix. He's a local guy, which is great. I never had any concern about his integrity or reliability, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a San Diego County mover. (I don't know how far he goes outside the area, but I would happily use him if I was moving to another county or state too.) I found Riptide Moving and Delivery from others who have referred this company and I have to say....I was not disappointed. Rick and his guys handled the move great and were so very nice! They worked quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with Ricks ability to get his truck backed into the tight space we had getting to our front door! I contacted Riptide Movers and Rick the owner responded right away. He quoted me a great deal and was up front about the cost. Rick and Paul showed up on time on moving day and were extremely friendly and professional. They work Fast, but are very careful with every item to be moved. They showed up on time and busted through my 3-story apartment within a few hours. My son needed movers and he didn't have time to get quotes. I got a quote from Riptide moving and deliver in a timely manner. They had a very fair quote and we able to help with what he needed to move down the hall and possible packing within a 2 hr time limit. We decided to go with them. My son could not have been happier. I had a small but challenging move: Living room furniture, office furniture, a few other items…read more 20-minute drive across town. However - it was 90 degrees when they started at 9am and it only got hotter and more humid over the course of the morning/early afternoon. The team arrived on time and ready to get to work. While the origin home had a driveway that can easily be described as "steep," the new home's driveway makes the old one look like a tiny, gentle slope. It is so steep, the truck could not back up the driveway at all - the metal step on the back hung up on the concrete right at the bottom. It is also LONG: Maurice and TC now had to carry all of my stuff up that driveway, stage it in a flat area, and then carry it the rest of the way up a slightly lesser slope around the side and back of the house, of equal distance to the driveway, that finally lead to my door. It was not a good time. These two men were incredible - absolutely wonderful. They took excellent care of my stuff, yes, but they were also incredibly friendly and professional, had excellent, positive attitudes, and never complained once. They joked about it in a very good-natured way. I kept them supplied with cold drinks and cold, damp towels to make sure they survived the insane heat and hard work, encouraged them to take breaks, et cetera: They were working so hard, I was genuinely concerned for their well-being, but they are strapping young lads and persevered where I would have 100% perished. They were so kind about the miserable conditions. Their good humor and amazing work ethic got us all through the experience. Yes, we ran over our time estimate, but none of us realized the driveway was impassible for the truck, and that multiplied the work by easily a factor of 10 in this heat. I tipped them both $100 and wish I could've given them twice that - they more than earned it. Thank you, Team! You were great! I absolutely recommend Packman, and especially Maurice and TC - A+!

My situation wasn't simple: my partner and I were moving in together from two separate apartments in San Diego, into a temporary storage unit for about 10 days, and then finally to our new place in LA. That's three separate legs and a lot of moving parts, and Move To Go handled every bit of it without missing a beat. Anel was incredibly responsive throughout the whole planning process -- answering every question over email, walking me through pricing, and even helping me think through crew sizing to get the most cost-effective setup for each leg of the move (3 movers for the bigger loading day, 2 for the more straightforward delivery day). That kind of thoughtful, honest advice made a real difference. I mentioned it already, but they're so dang efficient. I know some people can be worried that movers will extend time by moving slowly, but this is not the case with Yermek and Albert.
