The office was closed when we arrived at about 2:30 in the afternoon. We were unable to get the Wi-Fi password or the code for the showers. Very disappointing.

Safe | nice amenities | easy check-in…read more This place is gated! I've never been to a gated KOA. They take care of this place. The check-in process was quick and easy. We stayed at 139 for one night before continuing on our way to Yosemite. Good spot for road trips. Lots of paved space with hookups! Could easily fit two more sprinter vans. The space is level so we didn't have to raise our van and adjust it. Lot 139 is close to the basketball court. They also have a small dog run area. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. I recommend stopping here if you need a place to park for the night.

We always stay at a KOA but this one has a pool nice pool. I will say everything was perfect here for us. I've heard people complain about the freeway. I didn't hear it at all. I was a little leery about leaving my bikes attached to my trailer because I heard horror stories. But that's any campground that's anywhere so we double lock our bikes, anyways absolutely no problem. We will definitely stay here again on our next adventure .

When I was first moved to Red Bluff I was looking to buy a manufactured home. I spoke to a few…read morelocal dealers, Duane at mobile homes 4 less was very professional, and easy to talk to, he spent over an hour explaining and answering all my question. After researching all the different manufactured homes I new he was selling a good quality home at a very reasonably price. The only reason I did not buy one from him was because I decided to purchase a used one already in a park, but I can tell you even though I did not buy a new manufactured home from him I did call and tell him I decided to buy a used home in a park in Red Bluff and he offered to come over shortly after I moved into my home to make sure it was leveled underneath correctly, and thank God, because my home did need some corrections. All I can say is, when your shopping around for a new manufactured home check him out and base your own opinion! I personally would highly recommend Mobile Homes 4 Less!
