2&1/2 stars. I don't know what happened to this RV park, but it certainly isn't the same as it was five years ago. The park is no longer well maintained. There was zero customer service. The office was closed when we arrived at about 2:30 in the afternoon. We were unable to get the Wi-Fi password or the code for the showers. Very disappointing. read more

New corporate management still hasn't addressed cleanliness in the facilities. Clogged toilets every day, filthy floors, and they prioritized painting the bathroom over cleaning it. It looks like a 5 year old painted. Management did nothing when a tenant went into the ladies bathroom while a young woman was showering. They still don't clean the dog yard, poop everywhere and they still don't empty the poop trash can. Lawn care is a joke, weeds and dead lawns throughout. No full time manager on site. read more

Used to be a great park. No different people are in charge of the billing and it's all messed up. Prepare to be over charged, and have horrible communication with their office. Brandy (the gal who runs the park) is awesome. The billing is ran by someone else. read more

Heritage RV park in Corning is a super clean and comfortable rv park a block from I-5. It's near stores, restaurants and a couple choices for gas with easy access to pumps for trucks pulling trailers. The Park Manager, Ben, is a really nice man and was greatly helpful. I highly recommend this campground. read more

Heritage RV Park in Corning is a very comfortable campground in the middle of the olive orchards. The management and services are excellent. Each campsite is perfect. The price is also very reasonable. We recommend Heritage RV Park to everyone and you will "love it." . We encountered a mechanical problem with our Dodge RAM truck and a mechanic working for Heritage RV Park helped us for 3 hours and made the proper repairs. So so grateful for such efficient help coming our way when AAA had trouble to locate someone able to come and help us because our big truck is heavy as it has an overhead camper. . Stayed here on 7/15/24, it had been approx. five years since our last stay , tried calling on the phone several times, before we got there left messages no calls back, decided to pull in and see if they were open, the office was open but the employe did not speak very good English hard to understand, when I asked if the swimming pool water was cold as it always is (We were in the middle of heat wave) he failed to tell us the pool was closed for some unknown reason, At approx. 450pm we went to pool and found a sign saying pool closed . I then went around to the office but it was locked up, after returning to our trailer tried calling manager but no answer left message but have never received a call back, I guess the new owners don't care about customer service. read more

We had a great one night stay while traveling home on the 5 freeway from Oregon. Very quiet, well maintained and landscaped between lovely big trees. We especially appreciated the very clean bathrooms- no actually they were "spotless". Would love to have a reason to stay there again. read more

Pool not open in blazing hot temperatures

Heritage RV Park in Corning,CA is the best RV Park! They are so family friendly and pet friendly and even have a "kitty corner" and a fenced dog run. It is so clean and well maintained outside, and in all their amenities. It is tucked nicely off the road and stays awfully quiet too. Most of all though, the staff are so welcoming and accommodating with hospitality that makes you feel like family. We were evacuated due to the Camp Fire and couldn't have found a better place to be at a time like this. There were several other evacuees and they've been more than accommodating. They even put on a fantastic dinner for the campers which really hit the spot after being forced to eat fast food for days on end. We can't wait to stay here on better circumstances and see everyone again... I'm sure Steve and Dennis will be anxious to play with the kids,too! This was our first time here in the area for a campout with our rv chapter. Easy to get to, very nice park. Nice and clean, with friendly, helpful staff. Nice and clean bathrooms, nicest I've seen so far. Sites were wide with grass and table under trees. We used the clubhouse, also nice and clean. We arrived as the sun was setting, the office was closed, but check-in was made very simple. We chose an open pull-through space, hooked up shore power, and were all set for our one night stay. Helped me out of a jam when returning to SoCal from Oregon. Although somewhat older, the park is in great shape, clean bathrooms, and friendly managers. Virtually no I-5 noise. Bonus: Subway, Taco Bell, Starbucks and more within easy walking distance. Instead of paying 2x as much at a "premier'" Redding park we'll be staying here in the future. The last night of a 2.5 week rv trip was at this park. The spaces were gravel, but very clean and flat. The park was very clean and very quiet. Extremely well maintained. The restrooms and shower rooms were the best we've ever seen in an RV park. The pool was clean and beautiful. I will return if I need a stop near Corning! read more

Driving through from our 2400 mile trip in a 1972 vintage Land N Sea we bought to restore. Had many obstacles on our journey and called up Heritage and super sweet gal Kelly, after she was off work, answered the phone. Got us all hooked up with a wonderful shady spot that accommodated our set up. Nice pool and a super clean RV Park. Might have to call in sick and kick back 1 more day to relax here! My husband and I stay here for a week at the beginning of January. Brandy was very nice and always helpful. The park was quiet and clean.

I was referred to this location by another close by RV park that was full. Glad I took the tip. Enjoyable and friendly phone reservations made. Very convenient over night stop. I arrived after the office had closed so an envelope was left for me of the park, with my spot highlighted on it. Easy in and out pull thru. Extremely clean sight and hook ups. I did not need the showers and laundry area, but assume they are as clean as the rest of the park. I also did not use the pool due to late arrival and early departure, but the pool was sparkling and area nicely set up. read more

One of the nicest resorts I have stayed at. We only used it as a stop over but the staff was friendly and helpful. With temps over 100 and a long day of driving the pool was wonderful. The pads are well spaces and you have trees and grass area by each site. The bathrooms were the CLEANEST I have ever seen in an RV park. Nice showers and all in all a wonderful stay. read more

We love this Park!!! Traveling up and down I-5 is not an overly exciting experience, but if you have to, this is the oasis you must experience. The park is quiet, nicely landscaped, very nice amenities and the staff so nice. The hookups are clean, easy to access and low profile sewer connection for thorough clean out. The nearby shopping, restaurants, gas station and easy off and on I-5 make it the place to rest. When we travel from southern OR into CA and back, this is 'our place' to stop. I wish we could have stayed in this park longer. We stayed for three weeks and we were sad to leave, but my husband travels for work so we go where the job goes. In an area where terrifyingly bad reviews are common for most of the rv parks (you've probably seen them - robberies, trashy parks, crook owners etc) this park is seriously on another level. There is night time security (a resident of the park so he knows who's supposed to be there and who isn't) and very attentive staff, both to the grounds and to the campers. The park is perfectly tucked away and quiet and SAFE. I can't stress that enough. I felt completely safe here which is so important when you're traveling. The park is very pet friendly, with campers out walking dogs frequently and a small shaded fenced pet area as well as a super cool little doggy wash! I only wish there was more grass. All of the spaces have good sized outdoor areas with most of them having at least some grass. The grounds are so well kept, they have people working on landscaping and upkeep every single day so it literally couldn't be kept up with better. Spacious, easy in and out sites, decent WiFi, and tons of friendly people with a great outdoor atmosphere and a very nice pool! As far as location, many people have said there's nothing in Corning but we were centrally located for some state recreation areas, golf courses, and river parks so I think it was a great location. We also loved being so close the taco trucks and food stands in downtown Corning. read more

This is a great RV park. They have thought of everything that you might need for your stay. The camping spots are generous in size. The bathrooms/showers were very clean. They have a nice dog and cat potty area as well as a dog washing station. The park is very well maintained and super clean. The area felt safe. Contactless checkin and Covid precautions were followed. We will definitely stay here again. read more
