Stayed at this location before. Great stay then, great this stay as well. Only suggestion would be maybe complimentary coffee. We left relatively early and went into the office on leaving to let the clerk know. Asked if they had any coffee and was told yes "over there on the counter....$2.68" Seemed a little petty at the time after the $70 overnight which was prepaid about a week earlier.... Spending the night in the Red Bluff RV Park in Red Bluff CA. We pulled in about 2:00 pm & the office was closed. (It is Sunday, Fathers Day.) To our relief, there was an envelope with our name on it hanging on a large cork board outside the office. Inside was a welcome packet showing our spot & all the information we'd need for a comfortable nights stay. Those amenities include a swimming pool, Direct TV, horseshoe pits, laundry facilities, showers, WI-FI, & much more. Fairly level, gravel pads with picnic tables make pulling in with a big rig easy to do. Most spots have large mature trees that are well trimmed to prevent damage to the larger rigs. Wish we were staying longer but we're on our way to (hopefully) cooler temperatures. read more

Making reservations was easy, and the office was very helpful. The site they had for us had trees to provide shade, and when they found that we had starlink, they offered to move us to a site with clear view to the sky. We opted to stay with a site with trees. Check in was a breeze, again a very helpful and friendly person in the office. Our site was fairly level and shaded. We found the park to be quiet and with friendly neighbors. The location is very convenient off of I-5, and without the noise of the freeway. We stayed in a 40' fifth-wheel, and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended. read more

First impressions are always good and this park succeeds in that. We usually avoid KOAs due to quality and price but this was the best park in the area. The price is still KOA high. Check-in was quick and easy, and someone takes you to your site. The interior roads are paved and the sites are pretty level concrete. (We did see a few RVs with blocks or tires in the air.) There is decent spacing but no privacy. Lots of trees and nice landscaping with fountains. It is on the Sacramento River but I never found a way to get down to it. Crystal clear pool with attractive decking and comfortable seating. They even have areas you can reserve with privacy curtains. A huge gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. There is a cool indoor area with leather furniture, a TV and a fireplace. The workout room is small and has the typical equipment. Peaked in at the bathrooms which appeared very clean. Now for the not so good. Obviously, it is right off I-5 so expect all the noise that goes with that. We were in the back so it may have been a bit quieter. There area also many trains and sirens. For some reason, Verizon coverage was in the twilight zone. Sometimes we had 4g 2/3 bars, and then we would have zero coverage. It even went out for hours one day. We didn't have much luck with the WII FI either. Even though it was pricey, we would stay again when passing through for a night. read more

We were on our way to this RV park and were about 18 miles away when the wheel on our trailer came off. We found ourselves in Orland Ca. and are now camping at the welding business hopefully until tomorrow. We called Red Bluff RV and they couldn't have been more rude. Their main point was that we could not get our deposit back because they have a 48 hour refund policy. Normally this isn't an issue because we always arrive at our planned destination. Red Bluff RV is not going to win any flexibility awards with paying customers! Even a voucher to stay there another time would have been more appropriate. we are stressed to the max because we are a long way from home and didn't plan on the expense of fixing our trailer. These people must be desperate for money! read more

Arrived late on a Holiday (office closed) but they left out an envelope for us for late arrivals. Sites are level with good TV cable and wifi. Small pool which the kids enjoyed. We also played some horseshoes. Bathrooms and showers were clean. There are also laundry facilities and area for dogs to do their business with waste bin. They also sell propane. Good Sam discount available too. Overall an enjoyable stay. Try reserve a spot under one of the large trees (well maintained) and you'll have some extra shade for when it's hot. read more

We stayed at this RV Park before it was bought out by KOA. It was beautifully manicured and a lovely place to stay. But unfortunately it isn't what it used to be. The lawn now has big brown spots and some of the plants around the fountain are dead. In other areas of the RV park the lawn is completely brown and hasn't been mowed. Not to mention there are weeds growing around the trees. We have always gone out of our way to stay here, but are now reconsidering, as are others who have stayed here over the years. read more

We called to cancel the day after first making a reservation. Our credit card was billed the same day so we called back to ask for a refund. The office person at the park was friendly but told us she could not make that happen and the management needed to authorize it. We continued to call the office, the reservation system and email the "contact us" on their website for the next 4 weeks without success. We even went to the park on the day of the original reservation, but the office was closed during the posted open hours. Finally we successfully disputed the charge of $63.00 through our credit card company. This is the worse customer service we have ever had in an RV park. read more

When I moved in the manager seemed super reasonable with giving the deposit back on short notice moveouts because of our work situation. But when I moved out they made a bunch of false accusations to not to give the deposit back. Also no internet. Their laundry room is always outta service and eats your money when it isn't out of service. If there was a no star rating I would put it. read more

Absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND! Management is super rude and unprofessional. The sites are extremely close together and not well maintained. The dog area is nothing but dead branches gravel and stickers! I give this place 0 stars. read more

This park may not be on the river but it does have a pool. It is very quiet! The restrooms are spacious and very clean. The park has beautiful mature trees giving much needed shade. It is a beautiful park. The park managers were very friendly and helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this park for any occasion! read more

I don't know that I'd stay here for an extended time, but for a night or two it's great. Cool off in the pool, enjoy the grassy area next to your site or talk with the friendly people. This RV park is well-kept and conveniently located to the I-5. It's quiet and the pull-through sites are ideal for a short stay. read more

Good park to stay with . We come here every year for the past 10 years we see the old owners sold it . It seems like they got rid of some undesirables. There was a person on a Saturday when we came in in April that was in the office working and not friendly ,but when we returned in June she was gone. They have new good manages now the park is clean, quit and they have repainted and added some decorations and remodeled the office. They had some issues with a family that appeared to not be following the park rules as we over heard back in April . Do not let negative untrue re marks keep you away. We will continue to visit . Great park, quiet, resonable price. We paid $29/night for 30 amp. Level, cement pads. Cindy was so helpfull, gave us lots of great tips for around town. Wifi worked very well strong and fast. Would stay there again, friendly staff. read more

We have stayed in this park many times. Short and long stays. We have always been treated well. The watering system needs a little work and the gravel pads need new gravel. I have read other comments that call the employees and owners bozos must be a bozo. read more

There are some nice trees and a pool and laundry. The downside is no wifi and the managers are liars and they treat many people very poorly very unprofessional. Nice shady older park away from I5 traffic noise. Nice grounds, packed gravel pads. Restrooms have seen their better days, but they are clean. WiFi does not work well at all, and in their words they "do not plan to put any money into fixing it because they provide for free". In my view if it is one of the amenities they advertise as a part of what the guest gets for their money, then it is not being provided for free and should be maintained properly. read more

Spent a couple of nights here. Seems like the park is about 20 years old. It has mature shade trees that offer cooling shade to a majority of the spaces. The park roads are paved and the spaces are level gravel. They are a little narrow, but we had no problems getting our slide outs open. We had 30 amp service, water, sewer and cable TV. Some of the spaces have 50 amp service....which is a must in the hot summer months!! There is also a pool, showers and a laundry. The manager was wonderful. She's polite and goes out of her way to make your stay a comfortable one. I'd certainly stay there again. There are several restaurants within walking distance...The Green Barn/Whiskey bar (steakhouse), Buds Jolly Cone (burgers and the BEST rootbeer freeze....ever!) and there's a Mexican food restaurant next to a dollar type store. These are all within two blocks of the RV park. This park is a short distance east of Interstate 5. There is a newer park just off I-5, on the river. It is bigger and looks wonderful. But, not a lot of mature shade trees yet and it's got the freeway noise. Enjoy your stay in Red Bluff....its a wonderful town! read more

The park has sold and is not the same! New manager is rude. They want to make this a permanent park and really don't want overnighters. Will not come back again! We have stayed here every time we came through for the past 10 years. It's really sad to see what is happening! read more

Red Bluff RV Park from what I understand was a jewel in its day, however presently the owners are absent most of the time, the manager is offensive to the park's guests, the electric rates are increased unless you are friends of the owners. Should you question, object, express your opinion about sevices at the park you will be told they are fully booked up and cannot find a spot for your RV. The park is half empty most of the time but they will state they are booked. Isn't that an old school tactic? There are several old geezers who live permanently at the park so if you are a single women don't expect to be left alone. The park backs up to an old shopping center and due to the trash in the alley you have rodents in the pet area. Avoid this place at all costs now you have been warned. read more
