Initially had them come out to quote me on just basic yard clean up. Cannot remember the price but…read moreit was expensive. Also gave me a quote for other work that was not requested but something we would have contemplated. Regardless never go the quote so went with someone who was way less expensive. Would love to put numbers in here to show the difference but since I never got the quote emailed to me I cannot tell you how much they would charge you. If you want to go through all the work for a quote and never get the quote, then this is your team.

Ridgeview Roofing and Restoration is an incredibly reliable, professional and hardworking company!…read moreFrom the start of my experience with them until the job completion, I felt very comfortable and secure with every process, and all aspects of the job. And it was clearly all due to the diligent and consistent work of CeJay Hines. This company came highly recommended by a fellow teacher who had her roof, and her brother's roof completed by them. She had hail damage and they got her insurance company to cover all of it. I called them for my hail damage just to get an idea of price. CeJay Hines came out within 2 days and did a thorough inspection. He definitely knows roofing! He was able to find recent and older hail damage and connect it to Albuquerque storms that produced heavy hail in my neighborhood. He then went to bat with my insurance company. Initially, my roof was denied for a complete roof. I was bummed, but CeJay knew exactly what to do and tirelessly dealt with my insurance, and after some back and forth got my whole roof, my shed, and some interior ceiling damage fully covered!!!!! He also was very knowledgeable about my solar panels. He got insurance to cover the removal and reinstall of them as well! Originally, it was not covered, but he was persistent and well-versed in insurance procedures and tricks and got it covered! Amazing persistence and preparedness for all the issues! He made sure he was there when the insurance adjusters were on site. There was no down time from the day my solar panels were removed. They came out within 1 day and started my job. It was completed and all clean up was finished within 36 hours. No stress for me!!! He stayed in constant contact with me during the whole job, especially with all the insurance back and forth! I didn't have to do a thing. On top of all that, CeJay went above and beyond with issues that came up throughout the job. He removed and discarded the old satellite dish. He discovered that all existing roof canales were too high and lowered them to allow for proper drainage, (that part was NOT covered by insurance). He left extra TPO for the solar company to put under the panels during re-install. He replaced old shed shingles with some he had left over from another job, and did the whole new underlayment, again, at no cost to me! But my FAVORITE thing was that when he noticed my shed didn't have proper ventilation, he installed a turtle vent to help keep the shed cool!!!! I know this review is long, but there were so many details I had to get in. I was very impressed with Ridgeview Roofing and Restoration, and CeJay Hines, and his incredible attention to detail and roofing expertise!!! I can definitely say that this company is the best contractor that I have ever worked with in my 35 years of homeownership!!!

Innovative Design built our deck pergola -- pix below. We did our research and interviewed four…read morecontractors. That was an experience in itself. But the best interview was with Innovative Design. Chris explained the materials, manufacturer, inspected our deck, discussed options and explained how best to add the pergola. His bid was not far from the lowest, but we just did not see doing business with the lowest bidder company whose lengthy, high pressure pitch was a turnoff. With a 50% down payment Chris ordered the materials. This was in the Fall of 2021 when so many things were delayed because of COVID backups. Unfortunately, when we talked with Chris, all he could say was that the materials did not arrive on the truck. Maybe next month. Both of us were frustrated, but it was out of our hands. Hopefully, things are improved now, but if you get the, "It was not on the truck" response, just understand that it is out of their hands, and when the parts arrive, the work will begin. Well, ours arrived and the very next week the Innovative Design crew led by Reuben was just a joy to watch. The supports for the pergola roofing had to be tailored to the house, roof, and deck. Precise measurements. Precise cuts. Precise installation. By afternoon we had a beautiful pergola. Now that it is Spring we are enjoying our deck for the first time in 10 years. I cannot overstate the quality of the materials or the workmanship. Top notch!
