Got the Rinkon Burrito. A very good and hefty breakfast burrito. I liked that the meats were not overly salty. Decent sized potatoes. Both the green and red salsas were good. I read on another review that there was cactus inside the burrito. The lady behind the counter told me that it was not cactus but instead green bell peppers. Service was very friendly. There is limited street parking out front. I was able to find parking in the residential area right around the corner. read more

1st time visiting family owned restaurant. Felt welcomed upon entering. Small but very clean place (no parking). Wife ordered chilaquiles in red sauce, she said they were good but did not eat the beans. I ordered the Carnitas Torta Ahogada. The bread is sourdough bread and not the usual softer fluffy bolillo or telara bread. The sauce was like water, no thickness to it. The beans were bland and seemed to be canned beans, that killed the taste of the carnitas so I can't say if there was any flavor or juice to them. But the worst was the horrible horchata which I can't blame the owner since it's bought from an outside vendor; however, if I was the owner, I would not serve that instant diabetic comma to my customers. We asked for two cups of ice to dialute the the horchata sugar and to our surprise, they don't have ice to offer even though it's a heat extreme warning weather week. They only had enough cold water for one glass. We love to support family owned restaurants; however, we won't be returning based on this experience. read more

Came here before catching a Rams game and it's literally a small little spot with 3 tables and nothing special on the inside but the FOOD and SERVICE are beyond Amazing! These small little spots are always the best. They close early so always check the time before you come. We actually scored a small table and decided to eat there. I got their Birria Tacos Combo with rice and beans and the consome to dip the tacos and they tasted very fresh the meat was delicious and they did them on double tortilla as well it was a solid 10/10. My husband is obsessed with their wet burrito that he got with carne asada and he keeps wanting to go back for it, we don't live nearby so it's a journey to get here but so so worth it! The food here is so good and it's as if your mom or grandma made it with love and that's what has us coming back. We found our new spot and one thing I noticed was all the Uber Eats pickups and to go orders it was insane, that's speaks so much about a place. There is parking up front but also residential parking as well just watch out for street sweepers and the signs. Update: This place got even better. I went back and had what I can very possibly describe as being the BEST. BURRITO. EVER. Bear in mind that I have obviously not consumed every burrito in existence. After a morning flight, we searched up "breakfast burrito" and Rinkon Guadalajara popped up. Since it's a short drive from the airport, we decided to give it a shot. Their breakfast menu has some interesting takes on burritos, so my wife and I tried the Rinkon Burrito and the Tripon Burrito. The Rinkon Burrito had a nice freshness to it with the nopales (cactus), which was a unique touch. Not gonna lie, though I was kind of looking for one of those unhealthy but savory burritos! Although the burritos didn't blow my socks off, they were definitely good. I'd come back to try other items on the menu. The staff was friendly, which added to the experience. We ate inside since they don't offer outdoor seating, but the spot was incredibly warm not sure if they had an AC issue or if that's how it is throughout the day, even though it was still early in the morning. Also, they don't have restrooms available, so plan accordingly! Overall, I'd give this spot a solid 3.5 stars. If the AC was working and there were bathrooms, they'd be hitting 4 stars. read more

There is nothing on the menu I wouldn't recommend and I come here so often I've pretty much had everything. Wonderful service the wonderful woman there saw me through my whole pregnancy and now my daughter is 2. I've never had a miss eating here trying new things from their menu. Had some amazing barbacoa tacos from here this past week and I'm still dreaming about them! I ordered two quesatacos, two hardshell tacos and small cup of consome with beef, just the stew mix and everything tasted so fresh and so delicious! Two tacos fills me up but I know other people say three is a better for them. The salsa is not too spicy. Whatever taco you get, you must get the consome with it, it's just not the same without it. They only had green sauce the day that I went, and I have to say I didn't love the green sauce, too vinegary for my taste, but seemed like a very fresh authentic tomatillo sauce so while it wasn't for me it was a great version of it. This is my new favorite place to order food from. Their keto birrera tacos are absolute fire!!!!!! Crunchy, cheesy, and their meat is so flavorful. I highly recommend them. Their Asada tacos are so very delicious and their agoda (red pork) I'm spelling them wrong are also addicting.
