Problem was that the factory sent the wrong size anchors even after I have them the depth of the foundation. Also, they were one shingle short for the roof ridge. I let them know within a day that they sent the wrong anchors and missing shingle. Today is August 12th and they sent one guy to install the anchors but didn't let him know about the missing shingle. It is just one shingle! Just got a call and they cannot send anyone till Aug. 23rd to put 1 shingle on. It shouldn't take nearly 1 month to install 1 shingle! I'm happy about the shed and communication with Michelle at Tuff Shed but the scheduling department needs to coordinate better with the install team and their customer.

Richie lied and said I told him otherwise and said he remembered---total scum bag in my book. PS- they also screwed when they put the glass in by covering the hole for the hardware- but after 3 months of waiting, I was just going to deal with that--until it shattered (NOTE: Richie was the one who told me to take out the hardware)...

The store itself is like a Mom & Pop shop from the 1970's but what a variety they have. The guys working in there are very nice too. Standouts were Jason and the guy that cut the Plexiglass for me Chris. I was quoted a price of $11.99 on the phone and was only charged $6 dollars. Very happy!!!!!! A+++++++++++++++++ all the way. The two guys that helped me deserve employee of the month and a bonus. You won't find better help out there in the hardware world.

Before leaving…read moreit with them, I opened the ignition area and showed the technician the exact wire that had been chewed by a rodent and explained that I believed this was the cause of the problem. About a week later, I received a call saying the issue was very complex, there was extensive damage, and repairs would cost over $600. I was advised that the mower was not worth fixing and that I should consider buying a new one. I was also charged $150 for diagnosis. I declined the repair, paid the diagnostic fee, and brought the mower home. After inspecting it myself, I simply protected and repaired the damaged wire. The mower started and has been running properly ever since. I was very disappointed with my experience. Based on what I was told, I believe the problem was significantly overstated, and I do not feel the $150 diagnostic charge was justified given that I had already identified and shown the damaged wire. This was my first visit to Bethel Power Equipment, and unfortunately it will be my last.
