This was after I mentioned that any sort of replacement piece would do. I left QJR with all my jewelry, deciding to go somewhere else. I did go somewhere else, and for now, I can tell you the other jeweler replaced my missing earring piece for free! (As it should be, the replacement piece is probably worth .10 cents wholesale).
