I only had a limited amount of time so I wanted to be sure they had it and called the store. I was put through to a clerk named Anthony. Anthony told me they did carry it and had it in stock. Since he answered without even checking stock, I was skeptical and asked him if "he was sure they had some". Anthony again told me they did have it in stock. I drove 35 minutes, I didn't have to spare, to their store. The first clerk didn't know what I was talking about. When I mentioned I confirmed with Anthony they had it in stock, he sent me to the back of the store to Anthony. As you can guess by now, they didn't have any. What's more, it didn't appear they never even carried it as there was no place where it had been . I was so angry. It was too late to get anywhere else thanks to their laziness and lack of customer service. I called the store a couple of days later and asked to speak to the owner but was told he isn't here. The clerk I spoke to implied, the owner is never there. I left my phone number and asked to have him call me. That was over a week ago...the apple doesn't fall from the tree, I guess. While overall, I have had positive experiences with Ace Hardware stores in the past, I won't be going back or recommending this one to anyone.

There was no floor model to inspect, and she trusted the store's description and history. When the grill arrived, it had only stainless trim, no wheels, and was clearly not the heavy-duty model she expected. She declined delivery politely and even offered to pay the price difference or use gift cards to upgrade to the better model. They refused. Instead of working with her, they issued a refund--and then left her a voicemail telling her never to shop there again. Their own voicemail admitted it was a "snafu" and they "don't normally sell natural gas grills," but punished her for not accepting a downgrade. This wasn't about being difficult. It was about being fair. After over 7 years of loyalty, this was their response. If this is how they treat long-time customers, I encourage others to think twice before shopping here.

It was still covered under the Husqvarna warranty, and when I left it with them, I explicitly agreed to pay for diagnostics if the repair wasn't covered. About a month later, they called to tell me the carburetor needed replacement and that they had already ordered the part from Husqvarna. They never mentioned that the repair wasn't covered under warranty. I was told the repair would be done within a couple of weeks, so naturally, I assumed it was covered since they proceeded with ordering the part without informing me otherwise. Two months passed without any updates, so I called to check the status. They claimed there was a delay in getting parts, so I waited. Finally, after nearly 6 months, they called to say my blower was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was blindsided -- they told me the repair wasn't covered by the warranty, and I was expected to pay out of pocket. I spoke with the Sales and Repair Manager, Gene Conley, who insisted that I had authorized the repair, citing a note in their system. The only call I ever received, though, was to inform me the part had been ordered -- nothing about the warranty status or potential costs. To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration, Gene's response was shockingly unprofessional. He told me he didn't care if I left a bad review because they have "thousands of customers." I hope this review serves as a warning to others. Communication and customer service matter, and unfortunately, Johnson's Hardware completely failed on both fronts. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your repairs.

The owner of TPM, Tyler Rokowski, was the first to reply to my search on "Yelp." Tyler came the next day, surveilled the damage and got right back to me with his estimate. Not to lock him in on his rate; I just want to say that his price was more than generous. He gave me his appointment date and start time and showed up with his crew and equipment and got right to it. Never have I seen such a hard-working team. They did a great job in a short time. They took down the Part that was laying on my roof, cut away all the branches to prevent further damage and cut down the entire tree, cleaning up the yard as they worked. They took away all of the branches and the big logs, then they ground the stump down. They were at my house at the scheduled time and were gone by 2 pm. I highly recommend this business. Was able to quickly find what we needed without walking a mile in the store! The signage and groupings in the store made it very easy to find our items. Unfortunately, the overall experience with Keith's Appliance was very disappointing. I purchased the dryer when there were multiple units in stock (around 10), but delivery couldn't be scheduled for two weeks due to their backlog. After waiting, the unit arrived damaged--and by then, all other units had been sold. I also had to call them myself both to arrange delivery and again after the failed delivery--they never followed up. So despite buying while it was in stock, I ended up with nothing after weeks of waiting. I understand issues happen, but there was no meaningful effort to make this right. I hope the team takes a closer look at this situation.
