My mom went to get the food and they refused to let her take it claiming it was for Doordash delivery. We agreed to have it delivered even though it was for pick up (2:05pm-2:10pm). (Mind you I live 5 minutes away by car) Called again and they said "yea he's about to go drop it off". Someone finally showed up at 3pm and didn't even apologize.
