I would 100% recommend staying here....however my lesson learned/PRO TIP moving forward in booking any hotel is to ask for a non connecting room and/or to not be next to anyone. We had a connecting room with a dude, let's call him "Ralph," who came in REAL hot around 1030 PM amd proceeded to spend the next hour moaning right next to our door. We didn't know if he was having sex or pooping until he began to violently throw up. We tried to drown it out with the AC, but ended up calling the front desk to switch rooms. They were so accommodating and even tried to check on Ralph (lesson learned drinking and dehydration is a real thing). Moral of this short blib- walls are thin and I am a light sleeper. The hotel handled the situation perfectly... but from now on I will be requesting to be tucked away in a solo room away from the wild ones :)

Our room was spacious with a sitting area that included a comfortable sofa, and a chair and ottoman. The staff is incredibly friendly and jumped in to assist with any needs or inquiries. The breakfast was a hive of activity with staff that refreshed supplies as they dwindled, helped to tidy tables and made every guest feel welcome. Things to note: There is a large patio outside the breakfast area that is open to guests any time of the day. This space is a great spot to eat breakfast, watch the sun come up, to check out the constant parade of 4WD vechicles that come though town, to people watch, and to socialize at the end of the day; This location is perfect for walking just about anywhere in town; Numerous restaurants were a block or two away; Free parking at the hotel was plentiful; The pool and hot tub were wonderfully relaxing and were in a private outdoor space with some tables/chairs that were either under a roof or umbrellas that provided shade; A locked bike room was available; The coin guest laundry room was very nice to have on-site; The entire hotel was very clean and well lit. Will I stay here again? Most certainly. This area has so many places to explore. I can't wait to go back, and now I know of a great place to call my home-base.

Upstairs there were multiple bedrooms with pretty comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms were also nice and the showers were powerful which is always a huge plus at any hotel. It also had a really nice pool area with a neat little whirlpool section that the kids really enjoyed. Everything was updated and modern so it was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a dog friendly, kid friendly resort, very close to the downtown area of Moab for easy access to shops and restaurants. This place is perfectly placed and beautifully built. The rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. Room service was very nice about taking all the trash and cleaning up the dishes. I only had one complaint and it was a fairly large one. The mattress in the king bedroom was lumpy and super uncomfortable. I spent 2 nights on it before my back completely rebelled. When I addressed this with the front desk, they offered a mattress topper to even out the lumps and this was a very good solution. I still highly recommend this place and would suggest to review the mattress right away if you have back issues - and it is for this reason I took off one star.

Our kids especially loved the outdoor spaces. They spent time playing basketball and enjoyed exploring around the pond and spotting the giant frogs. We loved relaxing in the hammocks and taking in the meadow views. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location made it easy to access both Arches and downtown Moab. We also loved having Horse Thief Coffee right on the property. Grabbing a great coffee and breakfast each morning before heading out on our adventures was such a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day. Moab Springs Ranch struck the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Of all the places we've stayed on family vacations, this is one we'd happily return to. We were genuinely sad to leave and are already talking about coming back.

They also have the standard selections: make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, greek yogurt + toppings, eggs, meat protein, breads (English muffins, bagels, slices of bread), peanut butter, jelly, cereals, etc. The hotel can be a bit loud as the pool closes to kids at 10p but is still open for adults until 11p, and our room faced the pool. There are no restaurants on premises but you can order room service from the Springhill Suites. There are other shared services with the Springhill Suites including a shared pool. The location is excellent for Arches - only about a 5 minute drive away.
